BULLDOG CARPET CLEANING

Excellent. They came quickly, did a thorough job of cleaning the carpets and did the best possible job on the stains that we thought were possible. We were very pleased with their responsiveness,service and the quality.

I spoke with Randy, the owner, on the phone when I called to set an appointment for him to come and give an estimate. They came out within a few days and had already told me that if the estimate is accepted then they could do the work right away that day. Their price was very good and it was completed within a couple of hours. Very nice men to work with. Very good job done. I highly recommend them. My in-laws need some carpets cleaned and I will try to arrange it for Bulldog to come out for them!

I called Bulldog after reading their reviews on Angie's list. He came out and measured and quoted a price. We set up a date to have the carpets cleaned. I called Bulldog the day before and asked if I could reschedule the cleaning for the following week (July 3). They were extremely understanding and accommodated me. They came out on July 3 and everything went extremely well and I am very happy with the results and price. This company was a pleasure to do business with and I would hire them again.

Responded quickly; offered to repair/clean some stained upholstery next time we had them out.

My experience with Bulldog was very positive. They did a phenomenal job of cleaning the furniture and actually got some stains out of the area rug that had been there for quite some time (despite being cleaned by other companies in the past).

I engaged them to clean the carpet in my carpet. They were prompt, extremely fast, and did a great job - carpet looks like new.

I had a particularly bad carpet that I needed after a move out. I thought I'd have to replace it. After Randy came and cleaned it, it literally looked brand new. I was extremely impressed. What a find! Thank you Angie's list and especially thanks to Bulldog!

The first day they came, they cleaned the master bedroom and also took care of a bad spill in another bedroom. The second time they came, they steam cleaned my powder room grouting which needed to be replaced in spots and as the room was small, I had all the grouting replaced. The third time, they came back to seal it. They were very clean and I was pleased with their service. They explained everything very well and were accommodating. They got rid of the spot that I was concerned about in the other room. I will use them again when I clean the rest of the carpeting in the spring.

I set up an appointment for carpet cleaning on behalf of my mother. Bulldog was professional from start to finish. My mother is elderly and in addition to cleaning her carpets they accommodated her request to also vacuum behind couches and other heavy furniture that she had been unable to vacuum herself. The carpet cleaning was done very well. I am grateful for the care they took with my mother, her wishes, and her home.

They arrived approximately 5 minutes early, which was great, and got straight to work. With the exception of the family room we had moved the majority of the furniture out of the way, so there were few obstacles. They made sure to put booties on over their shoes so as not to track any additional dirt through the house, and laid down tarps, as it was raining out. They worked quickly, starting with the room furthest into the house and working backwards, so that they pulled the hose for the water out of the house as they cleaned. The first two rooms went fine. Nice, clean, smelled great. The last room (the living room) was a bigger challenge. This was obviously where the previous owners sat and smoked....profusely. The carpet was stained a completely different color from it's original. The guys cleaned it multiple times with the highest graded chemical cleaner they had, but there was no way they were going to get it back to it's original color. I was still satisfied though: the carpet was obviously MUCH cleaner when they finished, and it didn't smell like smoke anymore, so that was a plus.

They called the day of the cleaning to let me know exactly when they would show up. The did a very good job on the cleaning -- the carpet was unrecognizable after cleaning. All dog smell was removed too. A few days after the cleaning, some areas of the carpet had darker spots. I called and they came back and did a free cleaning of the affected area. They said that sometimes there is wicking that can cause these kinds of spots. All in all very reasonably priced, very prompt, and very professional. I would definitely use them again.

GREAT!! Got them from Angie's list. This townhouse was a pigsty when we moved in and I didn't know if any carpet cleaner could get this stuff clean. Barry came out quickly and gave me an estimate, and was honest about if he could get some of the stains out at all. They arrived on time and even gave a courtesy call before arriving. They worked hard, no fooling around, no cell phone calls!! Some of the stains came out like magic, I could not believe my eyes!! The house smelled so clean and the carpet looked wonderful. If they couldn't get it clean, it would have to be replaced. That is not necessary now.

Randy measured the carpet and talked to me before he started the cleaning. He was able to answer all of my questions about the carpet and rugs in my home. He also gave me information about scotch guarding to read while he cleaned the carpet, but there was no pressure to have that done. After he was done cleaning he told me that he could tell that we did not need scotch guarding at this time. The carpet looks great! It dried quite quickly too. I would definitely recommend this company

They are unbelievably great. I've never had my carpets cleaned this great. There were two men and they were absolutely superb. They are a few notches above the rest. It is unbelievable that they were able to get the carpet that clean. They do not soak the carpet. They really extract the dirt and all of the water. They do an excellent job. They also scotch guarded everything and my house is not little. They are wonderful. I would absolutely use them again and I would recommend them to anyone.

The owner himself showed up for the cleaning -- a welcome surprise. Instantly, it became apparent that Randy had knowledge and expertise that I hadn't experienced before with carpet cleaners. He offered guidance and advice on what to do about the multiple pet stains and even how to address them in the future. He quickly composed an estimate, and walked me step by step through how he arrived at the number. Then he and his crew went to work; they worked quickly, efficiently, and very competently. Spots came out that I really thought were there for good. He shined a blue light on the pet stains, isolating and identifying them, and gave each one extra special care. I was enormously pleased with the service; price-wise, it was well within the range that I had been charged in the past, yet with a lot more care and customer concern.

I had already had Bulldog Carpet Cleaning come and clean my rugs about a month ago. The results were great! They made my carpet look like new. A couple weeks later, my dog created stains by getting sick all over my living room area rug and family room. I really thought the area rugs were totaled. To my amazement, they were able to get out all of the stains! I really thought I was going to have to buy a new rug and carpeting. I can't tell you how impressed I am with the quality of their work and knowledge of how to get rid of the stains. They deodorized it as well, and I could not be more pleased. So was my husband, we don't have to buy a new rugs!

Their work was outstanding - I could not have asked for more competence. It turned out gorgeous! These two men are very reliable, extremely professional and extraordinarily personable. Our condominium Board also hired them to clean the carpeting of our entire building and they were extremely pleased as well. Hire them - you will not be disappointed!

They were courteous and cleaned up after themselves. They were punctual. I had my wood floors redone. Dust collected on the furniture as a result. They removed the dust from the furniture very well.

Carpet looks good as new. Stains came out. Rooms smell fresh and clean. Work was done on the 2nd floor and the guys were careful to protect wood floors on the first floor on the way upstairs.
