BULLDOG CARPET CLEANING

Bulldog was on time for the job. Very cooperative and explained the work and price in detail, (used Angie's list coupon). Most of the furniture had already been removed but the remaining items were put on blocks.to protect from moisture. The job was completed in good time. The carpet looked excellent after cleaning, almost new. Everything was cleaned up and he departed. I would recommend highly to others.

Randy and partner arrived early, used the black light to show me where the stain was and how the other company had treated it with lots of soapy water. Explained how they could treat it and what my options were. After deciding which option to go with, they got right to work, and also cleaned another rug at my request. Before leaving they gave me a quote to clean all my rugs and furniture at a later date as I asked him to do. Just an excellent experience! The best price/value option in carpet cleaning I have encountered anywhere.

Randy and his assistant, Frank, were scheduled to come between 12:00 noon and 1:00 p.m. He called and said they had finished a job in another location earlier and asked if they could come before their scheduled time. When they arrived they set right to work and finished my entire house in just a little over an hour. They did an amazing job (including removing some pet stains). The carpets looked beautiful and the price was extremely reasonable! I would recommend them very highly!

Very professional, on time, and did a great job cleaning my carpets and rug.

They would have come out for an estimate but since I was able to give them a fairly close estimate of the square footage involved they gave me a very good ballpark estimate on the phone. But explained that the job would be charged on actual square footage. They were able to come only a week after I called. Although scheduled from noon until one, they called about 10:45 and asked if they could come earlier. That was not a problem for me. They first measured and told me exactly how much it would cost. . THen it took about an hour to do the actual cleaning. They moved all movable furniture and placed Styrofoam blocks under them later. They did an incredible job. And promised to come back within 2 weeks if spots re-appeared. .

My husband and I purchased an older home in Lemont that had very light carpeting in both the living room and the family room that needed cleaning. It wasn't in terrible shape, but with their move out, it definitely needed a going over. Two days before moving in, Randy and his team-mate came out and did an amazing job. They were fast and thorough and the carpets looked great afterwards. What I admired most was his honesty. They had run out of scotch-guard and told me they wouldn't charge me the price quoted, even though I had no idea they had run out as I was busy doing other things. He then called me up after they left and said that they would gladly come back and take care of it if we wanted. Because the carpet was in pretty good shape and we have no kids, I said no. I would definitely use them again.

Randy was great. Very thorough and detailed on the phone regarding what they would do and how they would do it. Took his time in explaining to me how my grout would be impacted by there pressure washers, made sure I fully understood what the end product would look like before agreeing to do the work. Initially did not quote basement, however once on-site realized the basement was carpeted and offered to do that for free. At my behest I did end up paying for the basement work, but I appreciated Randy's integrity around honoring his initial quote. Could not be happier with the results. Carpets\tile look new.

Bulldog did a great job. They were courteous from the start, going through the house, explaining each individual charge, providing us with upgraded options without being the slightest bit pushy about them. They were respectful of our time and our furniture. They detailed what they were doing and what results to expect. We found them on Angie's List and were so pleased that we have had them back twice.

They were efficient, hard workers, and my carpets came up very clean.

Overall, a great job from top to bottom - professional, timely, great value, and couldn't have asked for anything any better. It sounds hokey to say this many good things about a service - but well deserved across the board.

The guy that did the work, who I think it was the owner, was a really nice guy. He was very informative on what stains he could get out and what ones he couldnt. He gave me alot of information of how the cleaning process worked, which I appreciated. He was very friendly and personable.

They arrived on time,were very knowledgeable and polite, gave a very reasonable estimate, cleaned my carpeting, paying close attention to detail. When they left, my carpet looked brand new and smelled amazing! I am going to call them to clean my upholstery in a couple of weeks. HIGHLY RECOMMEND, these guys.

Extremely happy with Bulldog Carpet Cleaning!! I called them after joining Angie's List and I am very happy that I did. There were some stains in the carpet from tenants that I didn't think would ever come out. Somehow they got them out!!!! Very happy with their service and professionalism. They even called me after the job to follow up! Nice. I would definitely use them again as well as recommend them to others.

They cleaned all the carpeting in the whole house in the traffic areas, which is what I wanted. They were timely, very well priced, good in communication. Definitely aimed to please. And I am very pleased with the service. I will use them again and again.

They are absolutely wonderful. Their system is wonderful, and they are wonderful. They do a really good job. It's always the same two-man crew, and I feel comfortable about having them in my house. The price falls in the same range as everybody else.

They now clean the carpets for our apartment building and also my family and friends that I recommend them to. I spent $120 the last time I used them. They also do polishing and waxing of the floor and they did my laundry room last year. They are miracle workers and I am not kidding and I had carpets that normally I would have had to tear out and replace and after they were done with it, I couldn?t even believe it. They also cleaned carpets that were already cleaned by other companies and they brought them all back to life. They are amazing; I don?t know what to say. I would tell other members that they are professional, on time and their pricing is fabulous and they will do the best work that I will ever have.

Randy came out & gave me an estimate, explained what he would do and set the time & date. He was punctual and answered all my questions. The carpeting and sofas turned out beautiful. He followed up with a phone call the next day to see if everything turned out well. I will recommend him to my friends.

Randy was very punctual and kept me informed the whole time. He walked thru the house to get an overview, and was able to treat and remove most of the pet stains. I ended up having him Scotchgard the carpet as my pets are still among the living, and still with the occasional accident. The carpet did "buckle" a little while it was still wet, but after drying completely (about 24-36 hours), the buckle disappeared. I am very happy with how clean the carpet looks.

I called Angie’s List and got their name. They came out right away! He ended up removing he stain completely through some kind of spray. They did a spectacular job. He was very nice and I would definitely have them back in the future.

The job took about 2hrs, on-time, professional and friendly. The service also included deodorizer at no additional cost. My carpets looked and smelled great (and still do 3 wks later). They also offered to come back and clean any stubborn spots at no additional cost. The carpets took a full 24hrs to completely dry, but I think that is to be expected. I will definitely call them again.

They did a fine job. They were very careful doing their work. The carpet and rugs look really clean and smell fresh. They were also dry by the next morning. Randy gave me a price before he started and also gave me helpful advice after they were done about how they would be able to help with further water damage.
