Called Freddie on Friday 6/22/18. He promised to call back on Monday, 6/25/18, to setup an appointment. Never heard from him. I don't believe in tracking down contractors who obviously are not interested in the work.

Basement Seepage Solutions was my fifth quote for interior drain tiles. I almost canceled because I was sick of getting quotes and all the big companies charge almost the same price, around $70-90 a foot for drain tiles. Matthew's company beat the other companies hands down. He charges $50 a foot for drain tile, plus an Angies list discount of $10 off per foot (a savings of $1000 for me). In the end, Matthew beat the next closest competitor by $3,600. So this was a no brainer. Matthew and his team do great work. They were on time, professional, and really easy to deal with. Matthew is the owner and he is present at the job site. So he's not just a salesman you see once who then sends out a crew. He communicated with me the entire time. The job took two days, mainly due to the villages' inspection schedule, but they left each day at a reasonable time so you don't have workers in your home from 8-8. Matthew also went above and beyond by coming back after the job was finished to reinstall my washer and dryer. Highly recommend this company if you need any sort of work done on your Basement. They are quality but are a small business that can afford to undercut the big guys.

They were professional, on-time and reliable. Repair is performing as described. Even with all the rain this year we have no leaks. Estimated price was in line with other contractors I would highly recommend them to my friends and colleagues.

After several recent downpours, we no longer have any leaks or damage. He provided a fair price and was quick to fix the problem once he figured it out. We couldn’t be happier with the fact that our children can now safely spend time in our basement!
