Very professional. Polite. On-time and friendly. I had the work done last September after my ex moved out and it's taken me a long time to remember to write the review, but I will be using him again shortly at my new house. His keys even have his contact information etched into them so it's easy to remember who to call when you need a locksmith. VERY HAPPY with his services. Thank you!

We arranged for Dennis to meet us at our new home at 4 o'clock to change all the locks. He showed up right on time. He works very fast and quickly had all seven locks re-keyed. He claims to be the best locksmith out there and he gave me no reason to disagree. We would use him again.

Called for Saturday late afternoon, semi-emergent, due to missing spare key. Armor responded immediately when I called. Gave me a time estimate for arrival of less than one hour, and arrived in 45 mins. Very professional, very neat, expeditious work. Re-keyed five lock cylinders and made 4 keys. Work took less than one hour to finish. Very satisfied.

We were unable to lock the door. Key just spun around in lock. Called Armor on Tuesday afternoon. Since this was not an emergency, made appointment for Wednesday morning. Arrived within stated time frame. Work was performed to our complete satisfaction.

I called Armor on Saturday morning and left a voicemail message around 8:30 am, and repairman arrived by 11:15 on the same day. Repairman was courteous and professional; I showed him additional work, and he went to work removing and replacing/repairing door locks. He re-keyed the front door, and replaced the back door locks. Labor appears to be about $60/hour, which seems somewhat pricey, but the job got done on the same day and in a reasonable amount of time.

I CALLED SEVERAL COMPANIES FROM THE PHONE BOOK AND LEFT MESSAGES. NOT ONLY DID THIS COMPANY CALL BACK IMMEDIATELY, THEY GAVE A REASONABLE ESTIMATED TIME OF ARRIVAL, WHICH THEY HONORED. OTHER COMPANIES GAVE A RUN AROUND.
