The appraiser has done professional job, but I expected faster results.

The appraiser was friendly and professional. I was told that my appraisal would be ready within two days... Five days later I was told that someone was in the hospital and that was why no one ever called or got me my appraisal.

I needed an appraisal on my home, so I found this place on the Internet. Not knowing anyone in this business, I took a chance with this company, and I must say I am very satisfied. They replied to me quickly, gave me an over the phone estimate, and showed up promptly on the day of the appraisal. They are very friendly, knowledgeable and willing to answer any questions. The owner, John returns calls promptly, he sent out an extremely competent appraiser to our home, Ben, and had our report completed within a few days.
