+ -1 moreTypically, we'll call Rainbow in the early Summer to learn when Sean will be in our area. We make an appointment with the lady who answers phone calls. Sean shows up in the time period scheduled, comes into our basement where our system controller is located to turn on the system for the season. He then goes outside to look at the various sprinklers and make sure that water is reaching all intended areas. In the Fall, the same process occurs, except Sean turns off the system. If we forget to call them, they end up calling us, which is nice.
Description of Work: We've used Rainbow Irrigation for almost 10 yrs and been pleased with their service. The owner, Noam, seems like an upstanding person. The serviceperson that comes to our home twice per year for system "Turn On" and "Turn Off" is Sean. He is easy-going and does his work quickly. They've identified the need for repairs on occasion, and replaced a Valve or Spray Head here and there. I can't really evaluate their prices since they're the only sprinkler irrigation company that we've used.
