ON TIME APPLIANCE HEATING & AIR

Provider came first time and charged $119.00 (with $35.00 coupon taken off) to repair a faulty wire. A few days later I called them back when it didn't work again. He told me he needed to replace a transformer. He brought a book and showed me different prices he could charge me for it. Basically, I paid more than if he would have just fixed the transformer to begin with. I have little precious time in Phoenix and had to endure too much time with an unpleasant unprofessional person and spend more money than I should have. I won't use them again or recommend them to anyone.

We were suspicious that something was wrong with our fridge for a few days. One morning, that was confirmed by the giant puddle on the floor. Not knowing what to do & because we rent, we called our landlord who told us to get it fixed & deduct it from our rent. We found On Time Appliance after calling GE, like our landlord wanted, and being told that we'd have to wait a week for someone to come out. No thanks. We are so glad we did. He was very friendly and came out right away. He had the parts we needed with him too & explained what he was replacing. He also told us what other repair men may tell us was wrong with it & how they get away with charging what they do... enlightening. After he fixed it, he put a sticker inside the door so we'd always know who to call if it acts up again. And we will!

Rick is such a nice, fair & honest guy, i'm always happy let him do the work. although he showed me how to unclog the frozen line before (no big secret) & used improvised "tool" to fix this annoying problem, I choose to support his business (in our horrible economy) and trust his work rather than risk making big stupid mistakes that might cost me more $. Besides, his fees are very reasonable and fair. I've used Rick since 2006. He personally works only on Refrigerations (all brands BUT Viking). he has also repaired refrigerator for a tenant occupied property we own. btw, his name is Rick Magel (not Vagel); Company is same as ON TIME REFRIGERATION. I'm actually going to miss him, he is so cool! I enjoyed his company. He was on time. He worked very fast and explained to me what he was doing and why. He was clean and considerate. Extremely knowledgable and fair. He was the only person who actually explained what he charges over the phone, he's honest, other people wouldn't say prices over the phone. I will only call him in the future and will reccommend him to everyone.

We had the heater in our freezer go out. He came early, but called forst to let us know he was close. He even was flexible with us and came out around 7pm because neither my boyfriend or I could take the time off. He explained everything he was doing to us. He was really friendly and personable. He also charged a very good price for the service work and cleaned up any water on the floor. I will be calling him again in the future for any other service needs.

HE DOESN'T DO THAT TYPE OF WORK, BUT CALLED ME BACK PROMPTLY AND GAVE ME A REFERRAL.

HE WENT THE EXTRA MILE, BECAUSE HE KNEW WE HAVE A LITTLE BABY. ANOTHER COMPANY QUOTED ME 7 DAYS BEFORE THEY COULD COME OUT. EXCELLENT, PROFESSIONAL COMPANY, CAME ON TIME, FIXED FRIDGE ON THE FIRST ATTEMPT, AND HAD ALL PARTS IN HIS TRUCK. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
