+ -1 moreRick did a fanstastic job on everything! He has a long history working in the building trades for home builders, etc. and knows how to do anything imaginable in the home. And, he works to get to the root of the problem, not just repair or replace the symptomatic issue. For example, I had an interior wall that was buckling and he opened it up, identified the cause of the problem, fixed that root cause, then rebuilt the wall, retrimmed it and repainted it. He was a dream to work with, completely trustworthy, courteous and friendly, and it truly was a 'no worries' project for me, with Rick here to take care of everything. He is excellent, and as far as I know, can handle just about any task in the home - at least all the ones I had on my long list! I'd hire him again in a second, and highly recommend him to others.
Description of Work: I had a list of things at my house that needed to be fixed or done, from painting a room, to planing doors, rebuilding an interior wall, re-grouting the bathroom, fixing sliding doors, repairing window hinges, replacing ceiling tiles, fixing shower door seals, some electrical repairs to lighting switches, and fixing a toilet. Rick took care of all of these repair jobs with excellence on each one!
