I couldn't be happier with the fantastic service and quality that I received from Epp's! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND them to anyone looking for any sort of HVAC work. Bill even threw in some extra work to make the installation connect to my existing system, beyond what was originally quoted (NO EXTRA CHARGE). He definitely walked into a mess of a system and left us feeling like we got the best of the best and tip-top service, when they were done! Their prices are also VERY fair, compared to the multiple other quotes that we received. Will absolutely take all future HVAC needs right to Epp's! Thanks!!!🤘

 + -1 moreThey wrote it down and told us not to forget that they already performed the check up so that would save us money in fall. Punctuality is a problem with them due to the fact that they are so popular. It seems as though emergency cases come before standard appointments, maybe they just need to hire more people. The work they did is just fine and we've used them over ten years now.
Description of Work: The furnace in our basement broke and along with repairing it, they cleaned it and preformed the annual fall check up.

 + 0 moreBill Epp made a couple of house calls to answer all of my questions. I have an old home and he explained how the new high-efficiency system would help reduce my gas bills. He took the time to explain everything carefully and did a wonderful job. They had trouble accessing the heater and had to remove a door, but they didn't have any problem doing that. They were very nice to work with.
Description of Work: Epp's installed a new furnace and 40 gallon water heater in my 1600 square foot, two story home. It is a high efficiency, top of the line furnace that vents to the outside. They removed the old furnace and water heater and disposed of them.

 + -1 moreI FELT LIKE I WAS GETTING JERKED AROUND AND THEY COULDN'T PROPERLY ANALYZE THE PROBLEM. AFTER ALL THE MONEY I SPENT ON THEM, BILL EPPS INSISTED THAT I PAY HIM MORE MONEY FOR HIM TO STAND BEHIND THEIR WORK. I WOULD NEVER WORK WITH THEM AGAIN.
Description of Work: CALLED THEM ORIGINALLY TO COME AND FIX THE A/C WHICH WASN'T COOLING THE HOUSE. THEY RECHARGED THE COOLANT ONCE, AND THEN CAME OUT A SECOND TIME AND RECHARGED IT AGAIN. AFTER THAT DIDN'T WORK, THEY DETERMINED THE A/C UNIT OUTSIDE WAS SHOT. THEY CAME AND SOLD ME A NEW RHEEM UNIT.
