I have had Welcome Home Cleaning for well over 7+ years. They have followed me for 2 houses, and have been great! They have accommodating, reliable, very custom friendly and transparent. I have recommended them to many friends/family. Great owner, and the staff have all been outstanding.

I purchased a Big Deal for deep house cleaning. It was fine. I would rate it average, because i don?t really have anything to say about it. They came out they cleaned.It was cleaner than i left it. Nothing remarkable. I mean they didn?t go above and beyond. They were efficient, they got the job done. I wouldn?t use them again, I picked another cleaning service, actually.

I have used this service or several years and there is always some issue. If the owner of the company comes the result is acceptable not as advertised but average. The simple task of dusting is always a challenge. Latest cleaning: failed to do basic cleaning such as dusting, failed to vacuum, did not clean or wash hard floors, failed to clean bathroom fixtures, kitchen basics, counters, stove top, refrigerator front, and handles. Left door wide open upon leaving with no one at home. My check was cashed even after written complaint. Overpriced for effort. Do not waste your time or money.

Sara was very cooperative with what I needed. She sent two people, I had a guest coming who was allergic to cats. Our house had to be very clean, when the person came they couldn’t even tell we had cats. I appreciate Sara’s cooperative attitude. The work was done very well at a fair price. I’m about to recommend them to my sister in law.

rugs fine. Furniture. one chair had velour cover with metal snaps that secured it to wooden arm. found the snaps had been pulled out of the cover during the cleaning and no one told us

"Mary" did an incredible job! She was very thorough and it was a huge relief to have a clean home again.

I am just furious. I was ill the day the cleaner came, and fell asleep after she'd been here maybe 60-90 minutes. When I woke more than 3 hours had passed and she was gone. Therefore I was unable to supervise her, but I never thought I should have to supervise a professional cleaner. She was very sweet as a person and had a professional attitude BUT! I am just appalled by the results. (1) She did not lift the throw rug in the kitchen - just washed the floor around it! (2) She did not clean the downstairs bathroom at all. This had been used for some time by a male guest who left the tub, sink and vanity filthy, and not even the mirror had been cleaned. Since I rarely use this bathroom, I didn't notice until recently that the cleaner had apparently not even *touched* the room. (3) When she washed the master bathroom floor, she immediately put the bath mat down on the wet floor. I only needed to move it a couple of days ago, and it has left blue smears all over the floor from the color of the rug fibers leaching through the bottom while wet. (4) No cobwebs were cleaned out. (5) Tops of some pictures were dusted but not all. The first thing I noticed was that the floor was still dirty under the kitchen throw rug. I emailed the provider and received a response promptly saying this was certainly not proper, that she would speak to the cleaner, and did I want to schedule regular cleaning. After I found several more issues I contacted the provider again by email. This was a week ago. I have had no response. I would recommend this company only to my worst enemy, if I had one.

Amber did a great job the house shines and smells wonderful. Hardwood floors look awesome bathrooms are shining polished and sparkling.

Please be advised that I am not a newcomer to cleaning services. At the agreed-upon time/place, two women (one older and the other one very young) showed up. Since the place of service is a second residence, I could only be there initially to go over the project and had to leave for work, but asked someone else to stay there and lock up after they finished cleaning which was approximately 3-4 hours. So I did not see the sloppy "cleaning" job until my later visit to that location. For example: The outside/inside of the refrigerator was not cleaned, the hard-wood floors were swept, not cleaned, etc. Also, the older woman had to go back and forth to her car many times to make cell phone calls. When I called the owner and explained my frustration and asked to send someone that is willing to clean, she just quickly mentioned that, because I did not report my complaint within a certain amount of time (8 or 10 days) of service, she is no longer responsible for any wrongdoing. This company should not be allowed to be an Angie's List. Just to let you know, I almost did not renew my Angie's List membership because of this incident. So far, this was my biggest Angie's List disappointment.

They seemed to do a good job. They did a good and really sound job. There was nothing I can say that was absolutely outstanding. I wasn't present when they came.

Everyone was very nice, however, I was very disappointed in the initial cleaning. The kitchen floor was not cleaned, some surfaces were not dusted, and cobwebs were still in the corners. I called to have the job "finished". A different lady came on a Saturday. She tried her best to correct the situation. I appreciate the company trying to make it right, but I paid $240 and still don't feel like my house was "deep cleaned".

Welcome Home Cleaning has exceeded my expectations for several years. When I have had long-term cleaning service providers in the past, the service and quality declines. This is not the case with Welcome Home. In fact, I think they have only improved over the long term. Our home is always sparkling - every time. They are always on time and provide excellent quality - every time. Extra touches and extra effort is apparent. I highly recommend Sara and her Welcome Home team.

Provider sent one person to do 8 hours of house cleaning. The person had to leave after 5 hours. They showed up again the next day but had the nerve to charge my account an additional $130.00 without my permission.

It went wonderful. Very professional and very thorough. I actually hired Sarah on a regular basis.

Start with the fact that it was scheduled a month in advance for 8am for 4 hours of cleaning. The day before, they called, said the schedule got messed up, could they come at noon. My wife tried to rearrange her schedule but could not and asked that they come earlier. 11:30 is the best they could so we had to trust a first time provider to complete the work and lock up because we couldn't be there. My wife gave them instructions on what to clean. Bottom line, they didn't finish the work and the "cleaning" they did do was low quality. They did a terrible job with the stainless steel appliances. Besides streaking, there were spots they clearly didn't touch. For example, there were still splatters from cooking on the range. The hardwood floors were not washed and many areas were not even vacuumed. They didn't vacuum the step down to our family room or along the edges. We have dogs and the dog hair was very apparent after the service. They didn't clean the patio door as evidenced by the nose prints still there from the dogs. I could go on but what's the point. We had a gathering scheduled in our home two days after the cleaning. We had to redo much of the cleaning on top of the other preparations we needed to do. I will not use this service again.

Bonnie did an excellent job cleaning my home. I will be having Welcome Home Cleaning continue on having Bonnie clean my home on a bi-weekly basis. Very happy with the service and pricing.

At first I thought they had done everything. They did not do the bathroom.

Their service turned out fine. They were very friendly and nice. I mainly wanted them to do my cabinets in the kitchen and thought they could have come out better.

Ladies got there on time, very nice and professional. The lady that did the floors cleaned bathroom floors (all floors) prior to sweeping dusting etc. floors looked horrible, Although I would ask them to please dust first etc... they responded.

I hired this company for residential house cleaning and am currently on a regular cleaning schedule service with them. Each time a crew is sent here, at least one of the two persons in the crew has been here for the previous cleaning and sometimes both are the same crew. This helps the continuity of what specifically needs to be attended to and is efficient. I am pleased using this company and the owner, Sarah, is very easy and pleasant to deal with for any problems. The cleaning crew is very responsive when an area is missed or need additional attention.

They always show up for the appointments. I can text them with any changes which is convenient. There are usually two people here doing the work.

I was very disappointed. They were in a rush and didn’t clean properly. I had to have someone else come in and clean properly.

It was great! There were no additional fees associated with the deal.

We began service within a month of scheduling the deal. We tried them for a couple of months after that for additional cleaning. We spent about $85 or $90 per visit twice a month for general housecleaning. I thought that overall the quality of the service was probably closer to a 'C'. We were disappointed but they were sufficiently responsive and I didn't find them unprofessional
