They were good. They were semi-professional. They were professional but not totally. I was okay with them but I wouldn't use them necessarily again.

The service worked out good. There were some difficulties towards the end with her cleaners, and stuff, but other than that, she was a very nice person, and the workers that she had before the last ones that she had were great. Her girls were very punctual, and she worked with me. We had some major work done here in the house, and we had a 4th floor installed, and she worked with me, as far as letting the girls come in as many times as I needed them to clean up the after debris and stuff from having construction done in the house. She was very helpful, she worked with us, and she was great. The cleaning was great, until the last person she had here with us. I would use her again if she changed some of the girls that she had.

Went very well. They arrived exactly at 8 am as scheduled and they stayed extra hours at an additional fee to deep clean my entire home. I appreciated that they did not rich thru the house just to finish i a certain amount of time. They took their time yet were very efficient to get the entire house deep cleaned.

They did very basic cleaning for me around the home. I did have to ask them to clean the laundry room as well.

Terrific job done by two woman who really cleaned the house. Takes a lot of tries to find good cleaning help . A++

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service and we are very satisfied. I spent additional money over the deal price. We did have them come back under their regular price. Our experience was very good, otherwise we would not have had them come back. We are going to have them come back again this week. We had to supply our own cleaning materials, but it was no problem. They do a thorough job and do it efficiently. I can't think of anything they can improve on.

I was told they would arrive between 12 and 1. They actually arrived at 11:30. Fortunately I was home, because I was not planning on being available before 12:00. Early isn't always acceptable, especially with no prior notice. The ladies then asked me where my cleaning supplies were. I have had several cleaning services over the years, and never had one that didn't provide their own cleaning supplies and equipment, so this was a surprise, and this is not my preference in a cleaning service. And now my $500 Dyson vacuum doesn't work, which is why I want cleaners to bring their own equipment. They finished 1/2 hour early, which means I didn't get the full 7 hours of cleaning, only 6. They asked me if there was anything else they could do, and I looked around and didn't see anything at that time, so I tipped them $30 and they left. Shortly thereafter I discovered areas that were inadequately cleaned, such as the stove under the control panel (it was only partially wiped clean), the side of the microwave, the inside door of the refrigerator, and some areas of the floor still had clumps of dog fur which had accumulated there. I requested that the fridge be cleaned out; they said they removed old food, yet I later found a pack of moldy sliced turkey. And I haven't closely inspected the upstairs yet. They told me they did my sliding door inside window, but when I looked later, I noticed the same handprints that had been on it before they cleaned, so they were not truthful in that respect. They did a great job in the bathrooms, although they left my bathmat and garbage bin sitting on the toilet in one bathroom. Seemed odd. I thought this was to be a deep cleaning, at least for the areas done, but it was superficial at best. The owner was very responsive to my needs to reschedule. I had been out of town on a family emergency for several weeks, and the house was admittedly in worse shape than usual. The price was great, but only because this was an angie's list deal. I don't know what full price would have been. Quality rating hovers between a B and C. A lot of the work was just fine. I downgraded professionalism because of me having to provide the supplies. Superficially they seemed to do a good job, but the lack of attention to details mentioned above lead me to give less than stellar reviews. This is also why I will not hire this company in the future.

Welcome Home Cleaning FALSELY ADVERTISED on Angie's List that they serviced our area. I received a message from them blaming Angie's List for requiring them to advertise to an entire county even though they don't service the entire county, and telling me to contact Angie's list to get my money back. My answer to that is: Don't use Angie's List to advertise if Angie's list requires you to offer services to areas which you have no intention servicing. Otherwise you are engaging in FALSE ADVERTISING. Welcome Home Cleaning's FALSE ADVERTISEMENT cost me time and money due to the fact that I was counting on these services to be performed within a certain time frame, and it is now too late for me to find another service provider within that time frame.

Everything turned out well for the most part. They were kind enough to accommodate my last minute scheduling request, they did an above average job with the cleaning, and the two-person team arrived on time.

Really well! Sharon and Bonnie were professional, courteous and friendly. They asked a lot of questions to be sure they were meeting expectations. I would use them again in a heart beat!

They did a very competent job. No problems.

My husband bought the deal for me as a Valentine's Day gift. The company sent a two-person team that arrived on time and did a wonderful job with the cleaning. They even cleaned one of the walls in our hallway which our Bull Mastiff drools on all the time. Ultimately, it was a great experience, and we're setting up monthly visits with them.

It was great. They really kind of accommodated me because I had a big shower coming up which was actually after the deadline so they came a couple of times the way we worked it out. They worked with me on doing the shower even though it was after the deadline to use it so that was really nice of them. They got the job done. It worked out great for me. I thought the price was a really good deal for 16 hours.

Everything worked out just fine. They did more than I thought, I guess more than I thought they would considering the time frame that they had. They were very nice and efficient.

I was not happy at all with the service. First and foremost, I was told it was 1 lady for 7 hours or 2 ladies for 3.5 hours. They stayed 3 hours. There was no "deep" cleaning. It was surface cleaning at best. None of the light fixtures were cleaned, the floors were still dirty after they left. I specifically asked them to mop my floors and use a Hoover machine I have to suck up any remaining water on the hardwood floors. The machine is similar to a vacuum. I have hardwood in my entire house, which was recently installed and this is the best way to maintain these floors. I also asked that before they mop, they vacuum not sweep the floors, as I have 3 dogs. This was not done. One lady cleaned while the other lady swept the floor so incredibly slowly, it was painful to watch. Needless to say, the mopping was atrocious. I still had spills on the floors and had to redo them after they left. The bathroom floors still had hair on them and the bottom of the toilets were still dirty. I asked the owner to follow up with me with a phone call, as I did not feel like texting or emailing my dis-satisification. She did not. If the owner does not have a vested interest in her business, why should I ?

They were reluctant to adhere to the Angie's List time frame for the offer.

There were no troubles with scheduling. They work was not what I had expected. They completed tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, window cleaning, and dishes. This was the first time I had hired a company for housecleaning and I thought their work would be more involved. Everything was okay.

I purchased a big deal coupon for this company. It was fine. They did very thorough work. There were two people that came. It was the first time, they were good on floors and were good in the bathrooms. They came back a couple times after that just to retouch everything. It was pretty bad the first time, pretty ugly stuff in the bathroom especially. They cleaned the floor by hand. They arrived when they said they would.

The service turned out fair. The work that they did was good. They really wanted to do a good job. They were very professional. I was happy with their service.

They were very, very good. They worked very hard and did their job their best the best they possibly could do. They really worked very hard to do as a thorough job as they could.

Only one lady could come out to do the work and she did a fabulous job. I would definitely use them again. Scheduling went well and it took her less than 4 hours to clean the house. I also felt the price was reasonable.

She attempted to get someone to cover, but it was never able to happen. She was very nice and tried her best. I can expect that I might have been happy with the service. She went out of her way to try and get someone to do the job, but it was impossible.

That was the house that I used to live in so I wasn't actually there when they performed the service but the person that was there said that everything was fine and as represented. I can't speak to it myself personally but I do know that the person that was living there said that everything was fine and they received what they purchased. The service was done well and I don't think there was anything negative at all. They came and did the cleaning, the house was clean, they did a good job and he didn't say anything negative.

They did an outstanding job even though they had to travel a good distance. I have no complaints.
