Two ladies came and on time. They were very nice and for what they did they did a good job. They did what I would call a normal cleaning that I would have done when I was well. They were here for 3 hours. It was alot better than I can do anymore because I have health issues. The price was to include cleaning of the oven and refridgerator, but I had already done that before I scheduled the appointment (so I thought they would spend more time on cleaning the cabinets as they were one of the big reasons I bought the deep cleaning package. They did miss sweeping or mopping of the utility room (which I thought was funny because that is where they put the vacuum away and the cleaning supplies and it was clearly in need of cleaning. I had already scheduled a regular cleaning on July 26th so I am hoping they can work on cleaning more and polishing the cabinets.

It's going great. They were very professional and punctual. They are coming back. I would highly recommend them.

They were punctual. They were pleasant. They were pretty professional. But they did not live up to what they were claiming. They said that they really didn't miss anything. When they were done there were still some cobwebs and some missed corners of when you are sweeping and vacuuming. It wasn't as thorough a job as I had hoped. It was right before we put the house on the market and so we wanted it to be excellent. It was acceptable, but not excellent. They quoted me a price and there were some things that they ran into that they weren't including, and so they added it to the original quote. The original quote was about $175 and they would run it up to $250. It was OK under the circumstances. They had to put in some extra time, so I was OK with that.

The service has turned out well. I split the deal time between 2 visits. One lady came out for the service and used the cleaning supplies I provided. She was very nice and friendly. She did a nice job and was on time. Scheduling was not an issue.

They were fine. I split the 8 hours into two, 4 hour cleanings. I was very surprised that the workers talked a lot and they complained. They sent 2 people out to do the cleaning. The scheduling was fine.

I purchased the Big Deal for 16 hours of housecleaning. We were getting ready to list our house for sale, so I used most of the time for general cleaning. Sara was extremely flexible in the scheduling and options for the cleaning. We broke the 16 hours up into 3 or 4 visits. At the end, I added a few extra hours to cover the baths, kitchen and floors before the real estate season heated up again. Scheduling was very easy via emails with Sara and she was very helpful in adapting to our needs.

They worked with maximum efficiency and effectiveness. I really appreciated all they did, especially the dusting and the baseboards. I would hire them again.

They did a good job. I was pleased enough to call them out to clean my house again.

Two very nice ladies, good work. Only flaw: they worked so fast, I couldn't find enough work for them to do! In fact, the housekeeper my wife has used for 20+ years asked if we'd installed new cabinet knobs because they were so shiny! Ha! Great followup: they didn't mention it to me, but as they worked they were taking a mental inventory of how they would clean the house. A few days later I was sent a packet of info, along with cost proposals for future special & regular cleanings - which I felt were competitive. Great experience.

The cleaning went very well. The house was cleaned top to bottom.When some areas that needed additional attention, it was done within the time frame. The women are pleasant, understand what needed to be done and worked hard for the full visit. Some areas thaneeds.t needed to be re-cleaned were completed with a smile. I will use the service again for my cleaning

It went very well -- two workers were very conscientious and did a great job. They could have stayed a few extra minutes to vacuum part of basement carpet because they did come late and were supposed to be here 3.5 hours, not 3. On the other hand, I didn't insist on it. But I would hire this company again. because they did a good job cleaning a cluttered house.

The crew arrived as scheduled. They started the self-clean cycle on the oven, but it caught fire. Thankfully, they were able to interrupt the cycle and the fire was extinguished. The refrigerator/freezer were cleaned until they looked almost new. Overall, they did a good job cleaning up after some very messy tenants.

I was not happy with the service. I requested a full clean and was using the service as an "interview" for ongoing housecleaning service. The Angie's List deal was $109 for 7 hours of service. The service was completed in less than 6 man hours. The cleaning job was not very thorough. On one of the bathroom mirrors, it was apparent that it wasn't even cleaned. There were spots and makeup that should have been easy to spot. Vacuuming was not very thorough. Main areas were vacuumed but corners were missed. Chair rails were not dusted. Small items such as waste baskets or laundry baskets did not seem to be moved out of the way prior to cleaning. Overall, a pretty poor job especially since they completed the job with time to spare.

The service went very poorly. The lady who was supposed to be doing the service was having someone else do the work. The girl who came out for the service worked for maybe half of the 8 hours I had purchased with the deal. Scheduling was very painful.

Overall pretty well. They did a nice job. Showed up 20 minutes early. They could have been a little bit more thorough in some areas. I had to do some additional cleaning afterwards on areas that they missed.

They did the work for my daughter. They did okay, but it could have been better. They sent 2 people out to do the job. We did not have any problems with the scheduling.

They did what they were supposed to and worked efficiently the entire time.

The service was done okay. They showed up on time and they did everything really well but I ended up finding another local place that was a little bit more local that I was able to establish a good relationship with. They were good and I did not have any problems or anything but I found someone that was more local that I preferred to use. They did a good job but there was not anything that was super stellar that stood out. They were on time and they worked timely as well. I would definitely use them again if this other place is not available. It was right around the time that I purchased the big deal that they did the service and I tipped them $20 but they charged me just for the price of the deal. Their responsiveness was also fine.

Overall, they did a good job. I was a little disappointed because the cleaning was not as thorough as I expected. I also thought the price was high especially because they offered the same deal for a cheaper price. However, they listened to what I wanted and did what I asked.

The girls that came out were very nice, however, it didn’t seem like they didn’t want to do the cleaning. It was very fast, and after they left, I walked through the entire house...they'd forgotten to clean the floor in my kitchen and entry way. It wasn't a deep cleaning - it was more of a maintenance cleaning. I wouldn't use them again, and I don't know if I'd recommend them.

I liked the service that they provided. I don’t really have other cleaning services to compare with, but they had offered a kind of a package to Angie’s List customers, and it added some affordability to using them. So that was beneficial. The amount I paid them was for 3 different visits. There were 2 people that came out for two man hours each. It was 2 people each time that visited.

My experience was great. They did a good job on the housecleaning. There were two or three people here doing the work and the work was done in three separate sessions.

It was terrific. They cleaned out areas that are rarely cleaned, if was so nice, kitchen sparkled and they were lovely to work with. I recommend them!
