There were some minor communication glitches a couple of times with the company regarding a visit that was scheduled that got missed, but overall have been good. Only negative that several times the cleaners have showed up later than the agreed upon time window, sometimes by over an hour. But they do a consistently good job.

Description of Work: Two personable young guys came with a truck, picked up and hauled away all the junk we'd had in a pile. Some of it was covered with snow, but they just dusted it off. When they were done, they went back to be sure they got everything and left the area nice and clean. It was quick and easy, just how I like it. Great service. They even had an opening and came the same day I called.

Description of Work: I bought this service to be used by grandparents but they've since passed away since I purchased the deal. I no longer have use for this service. I've never had any contact with them either so I cannot make any judgements about them.

Description of Work: The ladies were not aware that the job was to clean an empty house following our move so they didn't have all the equipment they needed. They told us that it was likely due to the owner getting married the previous week. Very understandable that she would have been distracted. They were over an hour late due to not having good directions to our home (would be good to provide them with GPS). Due to their late arrival they were still cleaning when the new homeowners came for the final walk-through. It was a bit awkward but worked out. They did a great job and were very pleasant to work with.

Description of Work: Two cleaners worked for two hours and cleaned almost my entire house. We had an Angie's List Coupon for this service, and it was well worth the money. They were professional, prompt, and very friendly. They did a great job cleaning exactly what I asked them to.

Description of Work: Hello, The owner called two days prior to confirm. Lori was on time and ready to work. I have hired a few firms in the past, pretty much hit or miss. Didn't know what to expect. Lori worked hard for four hours straight without a break (I was home). She left our home gleaming with a smile on her face and thanked us. Thank You Lori!

Description of Work: The owner of this business is definitely the most unprofessional business owner I've ever encountered. We spoke on the phone a couple times to set things up for her to do some house cleaning for me. She was as sweet as honey on the phone, we set a date for her to come and do the work, etc. The second time I spoke to her, she indicated I would have to pay additional money for some unknown reason. She wasn't real clear about this. Her business is in Fox Lake, I live in Antioch, so there certainly wasn't a problem with distance! The last time I spoke to her was approximately the evening before she was supposed to come to my house and clean. Again, she gave no indication that she didn't intend to do the job. I opened an email later that day and found one from a representative of Angie's List, letting me know that this company wasn't going to do the work the following day. Unbelievably, the email was sent PRIOR to my phone conversation with the owner of the company. Therefore, when we spoke on the phone, she was well aware that she was reneging on our agreement. Apparently, she didn't have the guts to tell me the truth herself.

Description of Work: The owner seemed very nice and always got back to my phone calls. However, as i'd suggested when calling her after a few visits by the gals doing our home, I strongly believed it would behoove her to go out and check on what the gals are up to once in a while. While they did clean, I felt they were very much watching a clock and if it wasn't done - well then it wasn't done and pretty much each time - it wasn't done! While occassionally I can apprecite that as life happens - I will not accept that each visit, first off. Secondly - I wanted two gals, at least, at a time, and got that with this service, but believe, oddly, that much more would've been accomplished with just one vs the two with this service anyway. End result, I moved onward but again the owner is a nice person and seemed receptive to my commentary but after a few times of using them I simply moved on. On a separate note, the owner did offer to come on-the-house once, for one cleaning but, again, I opted to move on.

Description of Work: This bought me 16 hours of cleaning. My home had not been professionally cleaned for awhile. They did a great job bringing it "up to par". I was so pleased with the cleaning service, I've hired them on a regular basis. What I like most is the responsiveness to my concerns and my requests. Sara is reachable via email, text and cell at all times. When they will be late, they call. I'm picky and now that we are getting into a groove, I'm quite satisfied with the cleanliness of my house. I'd recommend.

Description of Work: Performed general housecleaning for 2 of the 3 planned visits so far. They have been punctual, cheerful, and worked efficiently. Both cleanings were general cleanings as opposed to deep or spring cleanings. They did a good job and I found them easy to work with because they listened to my requests and fulfilled them. I am glad that I responded to this offer on Angie's List.

Description of Work: house cleaning services, i asked them to clean a lower level and it was not done, I felt there was confusion as to what I would get and what would be done on the special. I was told 3 visits but it was 2 housekeepers and the hours were in actuality not what I was told but the combination of 2 workers. I was not told this when I spoke to the owner. My neighbors noticed the time they came and left and the time was not neccesarily the exact hours on all visits. The cleaning was good, but when I requested an estimate for further cleaning the price was more then I expected for the quality of work provided. I would not use again for the price on the quote for further service, I would have considered for a more reasonable price.
