Description of Work: We have used the service every 2 weeks for nearly 2 years for general cleaning e.g. dusting, vacuuming, cleaning bathrooms, kitchen and floors. We have been satisfied with our regular cleaner.

Description of Work: I tried Welcome Home Cleaning because of an Angie's List Big Deal. They were thorough and professional. They even cleaned my oven! The quote they provided for ongoing service was below my current cleaning service provider and they did a better job.

Description of Work: It was very easy to schedule the services with the owner Sarah. She was very responsive and professional. The cleaners got stuck in traffic but contacted me to let me know where they were. The cleaners did a great job.

Description of Work: Purchased the deep cleaning special. Two workers really did a thorough job correcting my neglect since a back injury. They removed each part of the refrigerator, scrubbed the stove and microwave, thoroughly vacuumed two levels of white carpeting on which two black cats live. At my request, doors and woodwork, including baseboards were washed. I later had the same company send someone for a normal cleaning. It was a different person and I was satisfied that time, too. I received a quote for ongoing routine cleaning and will probably schedule regular appointments.

Description of Work: The Deep Cleaning special was to (at least on my |part) deep clean doors.floors, floor boards, wipe down area's on the wall star that were |Dirty,& everything, everywhere was to be deep cleaned! I have had cleaning people in Iowa that even wiped down cosmetic bottles, etals. I would expect cleaning to the point of true excellence! Sarah was great & the crews we're very nice. Description of Work: This service was amazing. They were thorough, very pleasant, punctual and did whatever I asked and more. I have 2 big retrievers and the pet hair is a problem but they were very gracious about it. |They were incredibly flexible in working with me because I rescheduled a couple of times. I plan to use them regularly now and would recommend them highly to ANYONE that would consider using them!

Description of Work: It was a gift, the house was a mess because of illness and two large dogs. they did an exceptional job! Soap scum and dog hair did not phase them. It was GREAT.

Description of Work: Just okay. I was at home, working right along side the two people who came. The surfaces looked cleaner, the overall quality was hit and miss. The biggest disappointments included the placement of a wet bag of cleaning supplies on a wooden piece of furniture, leaving a water mark, and gouges in the hard wood flooring from an overturned metal sculpture. If this can happen when I'm in the room, it worries me to think what might go on when no one else is around. Anyone can drop or break something; but no one should mishandle or mislay supplies, right? This was my second, and last, time hiring from this company.
