I intitally called on Wednesday and waited about a day and a half for a call back. When I did get one late Friday, I was told that the easiest way would be to put in for an estimate on their website and they would get back by email promptly. So Saturday night, I submitted a request for estimate and on Tuesday, I got a email response to the estimate request asking for more detailed information. Now, in all fairness, the email was done during the Labor Day weekend and after the holiday, my emails were answered efficently usually that same day. AND Sara was able to squeeze me in that week on Thursday. Which was especially tough for her due to the holiday. The price was a bit on the high side, but I'd say fair given the wood floors and that they clean them by hand. Sara also was nice enough to give me a discount because of Angie's List. The crew arrived 10 minutes late, but they did call 2 minutes before they were due to inform us of their delay (traffic) which, in my book, if you call to let me know... you aren't really late. Overall, I am pleased with their work. My husband and I kept finding the small details, like cleaning the inside AND outside of our patio door (which is no easy feat with our two dogs who love to smoosh their noses up against the glass). And our laundry room... WOW. That alone was worth it all. I wasn't there during the cleaning, but my husband was and he said that the ladies were very professional and courteous. We will be hiring them in the future.

The two women who came were excellent. They performed well beyond my expectations. This is the team I will call in the future should I need services.

Sarah is very detailed in her cleaning. Her estimate explained in detail exactly what she would do in each room and she sent it to me in advance in case I wanted to make changes. Best of all, her estimate was 100% accurate and she arrived on time. She is very pleasant and brings her own cleaning supplies. I have arranged for her to return on a regular basis.

Even though the appointment was made very close to the 4th of July holiday, they were able to get us in before the holiday. The only possible complaint to note was there was still some cat hair around, but with 3 cats and hardwood floors, not sure that is a reasonable expectation.

They are very thorough. I spend $102 per visit. They have been very efficient as far as time is concerned. They send e-mails and call too. The quality of their cleaning has been good. I had a couple of concerns and they addressed them immediately. I will continue to use their services in the future.

They got back to me right away, I emailed them at 7pm and she emailed me a few hours later. When I called her on the phone she called me back that same evening. She was really nice on the phone and seemed very professional. I am looking forward to having her come clean my house. I think she is giving me a discount because of Angie's List.

We were very satisfied with them and would probably enter into some kind of longer term contract in the future. We paid $50 on that work. It was a 4 hour cleaning and the interaction was great. We went with them because according to the list they are very good, reliable and the price was just right.

I am extremely pleased with every aspect of Welcome Home Cleaning Service. The price was reasonable and the results were just great. Lisa arrived on time - a challenge in the traffic of Chicago's northwest suburbs - and ready to go. Her questions were good ones, and I felt very at ease leaving my home in her care and heading off to face the traffic war myself. I am hoping that our relationship is a lasting one! I highly recommend this service.

I called and got an estimate, and they were professional and able to answer all of my questions. They then asked me when I would like to be scheduled, and worked with my schedule to be as flexible as possible. Then, they came out to do the cleaning, and were here for roughly 4.5 hours. By the time the girl left, the house was spotless and smelled lovely. I would recommend this service to anyone in the future! They were wonderful!

I hired Welcome Home for a one time cleaning and was so happy with them that I have continued their services for 5 months now. They arrive promptly and are generally in my home for 4-5 hours. She is flexible with my requests and works diligently. She generally starts in bathrooms and bedrooms and then finishes with the kitchen. She uses cleaning products supplied by Welcome Home. She lets herself into my home and locks up when she leaves.

Sara, the owner (and one of the persons who actually cleans your home -- I like that it's just her and one other woman who cleans and I'm not dealing with a "middleperson" who runs a larger service) was extremely responsive / I heard from her the day I first called to inquire, she came out for the estimate the day I needed her to come out / she is very personable and very professional and I just know that I am going to be using her for MANY years :) Not only is the price the best I was quoted (I interviewed 3 people) but I was impressed with her from the very start. I am VERY happy with Welcome Home!

My house is always spotless when they leave. Great attention to detail, they take the time to do the job right.

Both Lisa and Sara are very pleasant people who worked hard with minimal supervision. Sara gave an initial quote, even came to condo once herself to clean the place and get an idea of the work scope. Lisa is very attentive and will always ask for guidance on different areas. I would suggest the service to any of my friends.

I got a flyer on my door, and decided to give Welcome Home a call for a basic (first time) house cleaning. I reached the voice mail on my first attempt, I left a message, and Sara (manager) got back to me within a few hours and gave me an option of a phone quote or a personal quote. I decided to do it over the phone, and she asked me detailed questions about what I was looking for. She made sure all of the bases were covered, and answered all of my questions. She was very professional and detailed, and really knows what she's talking about. I felt confident about this service the moment I hung up the phone. A week later, the crew arrived to do the cleaning, and they were punctual and professional. They knew where to start, and what to do, and I left to go shopping. When I arrived back home later that day, my house looked amazing. Everything was very clean, and organized, and the presentation of their work really showed. I got a very thorough cleaning, and didn't have a high price tag along with it. The quality of the work made me hire them on a bi-weekly basis going forward.
