Sara was very nice when setting up the appointment, as well as after, when I spoke to her about the results of the job. However, I confess that I am a little disappointed. After consideration, I decided to submit this report. This job was scheduled after purchasing a "Big Deal" special: $75 for four hours (two women for two hours). They two women were very polite and nice; they said that this was the first time working together. They seemed a little overwhelmed by the size of the house (admittedly large), which may have affected their work. Since it was their first time, they asked to see the layout of the house. As they seemed overwhelmed, I started telling them not to dust, clean my boys rooms (which are very messy!), and not to clean several rooms at all. I think they could have worked at a faster pace to achieve more in the two hours. After they left, I took out my own vacuum and ended up dusting what they could not get to.

We have had Welcome Home cleaning our house since August of 2011. Since the current two ladies started cleaning our house, everything has been going good. We had problems with the original girl, but Sara remedied the situation and sent two more experienced women and everything is being done very well. Sara responds very quickly to any concerns and is very easy to work with.

No good. Didn't clean up to my standards and my condo was almost clean when she got there. I ended up having to clean the entire condo right after she left.

I've never used a professional cleaner before but I knew I needed some help with keeping up with household chores. Linda arrived on time and with all necessary supplies. She was friendly and professional throughout the day. I think the work took her longer than anticipated (I guess the house was messier than anticipated). She stayed cheerful and finished everything. She wanted to be sure I was satisfied with the work so we looked the house over. I asked for some minor rework in one area and she gladly agreed. I am looking forward to continuing with this service on a weekly and eventually biweekly basis.

The work was great. They have been very accommodating for me and easy to work with, communicating with me by email, which is what I prefer.

They do a good job. It’s been an excellent experience and they are always on time.

They were punctual, on time and did a good job. I was completely satisfied.

Our cleaning person seemed to be a subcontractor for the company. She got lost and was late - which wasn't an issue (we live in a remote area). Overall, she did fine. I did notice that she didn't dust the blinds and missed a few areas on the floors. Overall, she did a pretty good job and was friendly. We felt bad that she had gotten lost on the way to our house, and wish they would have sent someone local to the area.

This company has now cleaned my house twice. The first time left much to be desired. Many general things were overlooked, in addition to missing many of the specific things I had asked for. When I contacted the owner she was apologetic and immediately wanted to make things right. We scheduled the next clean, she came herself, corrected all of the problems and made a fair adjustment to the price to compensate for the first visit. I think the situation was handled well, and I am confident that the next time, whoever the cleaner is, that the job will be done right.

I would have considered bringing them in a couple of times a month if the job had been good but I feel that my daughter spent her own money to surprise and help me and the job was inadaquate.

I have been using Welcome Home for several months now and I'm very happy with the service. She is always on-time and does a ton of work in hour to reduce costs. Very happy and would highly recommend to anyone.

This is an excellent company that I highly recommend. I've had Welcome Home Cleaning for about a year, now and could not be happier. Top notch, consistent service. Lots of attention to detail. Friendly, responsive and more than dependable. They are great!

They were very professional. They were on time. They washed the floors on their hands and knees with a bucket and water. They were very thurough. They cleaned everything to my satisfaction.

WELCOME HOME attempted to clean our home. We have three levels in our house. She never even touched the basement. She barely coverd the main areas: the kitchen, bedroom, dining room, etc. She talks the whole time and never gets the work done. She did not even do what she was supposed to do. It was terrible. She cleaned like two of our four rooms. She was horrible.

I found that Sara and here crew were outstanding. They were contracted to do a deep cleaning on a very large home and performed this job beautifully! Any detail I asked of them was completed and they worked harder than any cleaning crew I have ever experienced. I am definitely bringing them back for weekly maintenance. Thanks Welcome Home!

When the lady arrived at the house, we did a quick walk through of the house (VERY tiny house, 760 sq. ft) and I pointed out some problem areas (a coke had been spilled on an end table in the livingroom, hard water stains in the bathroom, a couple areas of the kitchen I mentioned she could skip, etc.) I was home for part of the cleaning but left to run some errands. I left assuming that I would come home to find everything on the service agreement completed. When I came home, everything was technically done, but it was in a very brushed over way. I will be the first to admit my house is older, and there are spots that will never look clean no matter what you do to them, and I understand that. It was the little things that seemed to be missing. My bedroom is small, and there is VERY little area to sweep. I didn't request anything be done in there but vacuuming since it's cramped and a bit cluttered, but I noticed that the fan wasn't even picked up and moved to sweep under it...and there were still cobwebs in the corners near the ceiling. I'm not one to criticize or complain, but it would've taken 30 extra seconds to reach up there with the vacuum hose and get them but they were left. Also, in the kitchen, the counter tops under and behind appliances weren't touched. The trashcan lid (which admittedly had gotten rather dirty) was untouched. I will say the stove top was done well considering how I left it. Overall, it was definitely a big help having her do the things that she did; however, I don't feel that the result was worth $85.00 for this tiny house. Maybe I was expecting too much since I have never utilized a housekeeping service before. But, I do know that I would rather take a few hours out of my few days off to clean then to pay for what I received. I will not be using them again simply because it's not worth the money for me; I wouldn't discourage hiring them, just be aware of the quality of work that you will likely receive.

The house is always very clean when they are done. Sara is very resposive when I email her. The price is excellent. We are very glad we hired them.

There is only one lady. She does a good job. Our interaction goes fine and she works hard. I recommend her. She comes and cleans and gets a lot done in a short time. I can't rate her on price as I haven't shopped around. We are happy with her price. She does an excellent job in terms of quality.

Sara is VERY responsive. We contacted her by phone and set up a cleaning. Unfortunately, we ended up with a conflict with the time we set up, so we called her again. She was very understanding and worked with us to find another time that would work. This was the Friday before Thanksgiving, so we really appreciated her flexibility. The team arrived an hour early, but I was home, so that was okay. They listened to my requests, and did a good job cleaning. They washed the floors with a mop (which we have found other services do not do - they do it by hand), but they did a good job throughout the house. Sara sent an email, requesting feedback after the cleaning - wanting to make sure we were happy and to find out if we had any suggestions or concerns to help make their service better. We are very happy and plan to use them every month, if they maintain this level of service.

Great all around performance and would recommend them again in a second.

The service was fast and superficial. I would not use Welcome Home again.

Since this was the first time I employed a cleaning service; I would probably want to hire a second one just for comparison. I'm not sure if I was just expecting too much or if it's just what to expect of cleaning services.

Overall, the service went well. The woman who came was very thorough and spent the entire time here. Pleasant experience! Her first language was English which we found was rare with other housecleaners, so communication was excellent.

I found Welcome Home through an Angie's list special. Sarah (the owner) was very prompt in returning my call and scheduling service. After the first cleaning, I decided to continue the service every two weeks. Sarah does a great job. She cleaned some things I didn't think would ever come clean! She is always on time, and very easy to communicate with. She is very pleasant and has a great attitude. I would not hesitate to recommend Welcome Home Cleaning!
