We love them. They do a really good job of cleaning and they always arrive on time. They're all really good workers from what I've seen

I loved the ladies, mostly I didn't have to ask for what I wanted because they knew exactly what to do, how to do it well and they deep cleaned my home. And my home is a challenge!! I would have them back any time.

The service went very well. The two ladies arrived on time and worked diligently until all tasks were completed. They even cleaned the stand that my dog food bowls are in!

Missed some baseboards, but otherwise did a great job.

The ladies were right on time. They took a tour asked my expectations and got straight to work. I was missing an item they needed to clean the house so they skipped it while I ran to the store and then came back to it. They left the house spotless and cleaned things that I couldn't get clean. I even got a quote for regular service a few weeks later.

The whole service was great! I communicated with the owner about the appointment date and time, and she provided quick responses to each of my messages. I scheduled the service a few weeks out, so scheduling wasn't a problem, but I did ask for a last-minute change, and they were very accomodating. The house cleaners showed up on time and with more of their own supplies than I actually expected based on the posted service. They surveyed the rooms to clean and formulated a plan based on where my kids and I would be in the house. They spent a lot of time making sure the WHOLE HOUSE was clean! It's been a while since I've been able to do every room in the house all in one day, so it was great to see it all done at once. They spent extra time on neglected areas like the master bath and the oven. They worked without a lot of input needed from me, which let me focus on my kids for the afternoon. I also had a hard deadline by which I needed to leave the house, and they were very accomodating on that as well. They offered to lock up the house for me if they were going to go later, but it turned out that they were able to finish with everything - even taking out the trash - before my deadline. The demeanor of the ladies that cleaned my house was very professional and upbeat, which also added to the overall excellent experience I had. I hope I get to see them again!

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. They were really good and very nice. The interaction was fine. I did not spend any additional. I got so many hours so we divided it by two, so they came out twice. They did exactly what I wanted them to do and they were really good with the schedule.

Brilliant, they were awesome! They by far are the best house cleaning service I've had. I've tried many different companies provided by Angie's list and recommended by friends and family. I work in healthcare so I'm kinda picky and was really impressed with them.

I explained to one of your service reps almost a year ago why I would never use this company again. PLEASE stop sending me pop-up reminders and emails to review it! Thank you.

Paid $200 for a deep clean and this was a very basic clean at best. The 2 people who showed up (one of which looked like the child of the other - although I'm not sure of that) stayed for about 2.5 hours. Thats almost $100 and hour I paid for a cleaning I could have done myself in the same amount if time. My house was pretty clean to begin with, so I was counting on this cleaning to get the small details I miss such as windowsills and cabinets. Nope... All the porblem spots are still there. I will say the inside of the oven looks good, but aside from that very disappointing.

The worker did a very fine job. She worked all day without stopping. When she was done the house was clean.

This is not a company issue. They tried to meet my schedule, but were too busy to make my deadline.

They contacted me the very next day after I ordered and let me know they didn't service my area and apologized. They stated there was an issue with how the service area was listed on the deal.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal - $109 for 7 hours of cleaning. I was contacted promptly and invited to schedule my appointment, which I did for April 11. Two woman came to the house on time and make quick work of cleaning the house. They did a very nice job. Not having used a cleaning service before, I was not prepared with my cleaning supplies at the ready, but that was easy to fix. Because it only took them half of the allotted time, I was given a credit for another 3 hours, which I used on July 25. I had one cleaner the second time. She was also very good and efficient.

They did an awful job. After the cleaning, there were still dog hairs. They wouldn’t come back out to fix it, either – they said it would have had to be the same day. I would never use them again.

This is confusing to me Leighann I live in McHenry County, they shouldn't indicate they cover that county in the item details. Please note that I have tried to use Angie's List two out of two times and both times company was unable to complete the job? This is disturbing to me and makes me consider canceling my subscription.

Left foot prints on the kitchen floor. Had a party the next day. They wanted to come out and look at the foot prints left by the supervisor before issuing refund as they said they would come out and re-do,the work...not listening to my time constraints or credibilitym.

The clean company won't provide clean supply by itself but only labor, so cancel and find other clean company in a later time.

Deal was supposed to be a full house cleaning including refrigerator and oven, up to 3500 square feet. Our house is 1600 square feet. They were very antsy to leave by noon and did a sloppy job on the refrigerator and nearly nothing as far as mopping the basement. Bathrooms and dusting were OK

I was pretty disappointed in the service for what I paid. They did an okay job but it was not as much of a deep clean as I had hoped. I had a drawer for example that was tough to open and the girl was going to skip that because of the drawer. I had a water spot on the toilet and she left that alone as well. She did not clean effectively at all. I emailed the owner to let them know and they said they do not call customers back. They said if a customer has an issue they have to call them. I felt that was a poor way to do business. They have advertised since this service for having housecleaning for four or five hours for somewhere between $85.00 to $99.00. I received a letter saying if I need future service to fill that out and send it back in.

Went okay - been so long I don't really remember exactly what they did but I do know they did a good job.

It was okay. There were a couple of hiccups in the beginning but I was able to work it out with them. The people that they sent out were not necessarily cordial but I worked with the owner and she was kind enough to work with me and we went from there. People should enquire and understand what they are getting before hiring. In other words, she had not made an outline of what was provided. For example, if I anticipated things to be moved or them supplying their cleaning material, she should have stated it. I mentioned it to her that it is something that she should express it to be clear; then there would be no false hope there on what their clients would be getting. Once I spoke to the owner, it was fine.
