Welcome Home Cleaning always does a good job. I have always been very pleased with their work. The owner Sarah is responds quickly if I have a special request or need my service day changed one week. I know I will hear back from her the same day. I have recommended Welcome Home Cleaning to friends.

They were mediocre. They came a couple times for me. Their cleaning skills were fair, but many things were not cleaned well. Lower cabinet doors still had some sticky residue after their were done. The hardwood floors sticky in some spots, slippery in others. One time, they sent a girl who was clearly newer to the business and was overwhelmed by the size of the house-- they sent her alone.

They arrived on time and worked hard washing, vacuuming and cleaning all rooms in the house.

Whether the cleaning is done by Sara or Lisa, they do a very complete and good job. They dust the whole house, vacuum the floors, remove any garbage in the waste cans, thoroughly clean the bathrooms and kitchen, and wet wipe the bathroom and kitchen/entry floors. When I was having trouble getting the "ring" cleaned from the toilet, they tried several different cleaning methods and we found one that worked - I was thrilled! With the general cleaning done once a month by Welcome Home Cleaning, it is much easier for me to keep up with the dusting in between and the polish they put on the furniture makes it shine. I have been happy with this service and enjoy seeing either Sara or Lisa on a monthly basis. I have been using this cleaning service for a little over a year.

The team or single individual arrive on time each visit, and immediately start to clean the house. They work hard for the entire time, and are able to clean the entire house in the time allotted. Having two dogs, this is not always easy to accomplish, but they always leave the house sparkling clean. They are also very pleasant, and take any suggestions very well. I would not use any other cleaning service. Welcome Home is the best.

Bonnie and Tina arrived on time and came in with their cleaning equipment, they asked me for my preference on cleaning products. They did an excellent job and made sure I was completely happy with their job before they left. I am looking forward to using them in the future!

It went very well and we are seriosly considering retaining their services on a regular basis. It is great to come home to a fresh and clean house!!

We have had Welcome Home cleaning our house for quite some time now - even with a break for awhile. Sara is very accommodating and addresses any issues we have run into. I have even received follow up phone calls from Sara to make sure things went well. She has come to clean our house herself when there was a time the crew scheduled could not make it. There is definitely a sense of pride and responsibility in the way she handles her company. Our house is cleaned 2x a month. I have 1 girl now and she starts right away and keeps on going until the house is clean. The areas that I am most concerned about are the bathrooms and hardwood floors. After letting her know this, she seems to make sure both are done well. We have been satisfied with Welcome Home Cleaning and will continue using their service. ( and have had a couple other services so have something to compare.).

This is the best and most efficient cleaning crew I've ever had! They first came on a "big deal" earlier in the year and fulfilled the hours of cleaning I bought over several weeks. The job was so well done that I hired them permanently. They work quickly and do a great job. They are also extremely pleasant to work with - both the office and the women that work in my home.

She was there promptly, brought her own supplies, worked non-stop and was very clean and professional.

Sarah has been a pleasure to work with and all the girls that did the cleaning on all 3 occasions did a wonderful job. They were all very friendly, contscientious, and had very good attention to detail. I would and plan to use them again...

I first found Sara from Welcome Home Cleaning on Angies List in early 2011. They have been cleaning our home every other week. I had been through a few other cleaning services in the past and had to let them go because they would either not come at the scheduled time or the cleaning quality went down over time. 18 months on, our cleaner is on-time EVERY time. The house always looks great and the lady who comes is very nice and just does a great job.

Welcome Home Cleaning comes every 2 weeks to do the cleaning. They are excellent, prompt and thorough. They are very personable and friendly, but concentrate on getting the job done efficiently.

They were cheerful, and worked steadily, were easy to communicate with, and friendly. they arrived in a timely fashion, kept track of time, and filled every minute with work. If I had more time to write more I would -- but I would try this company, if I were you. The other thing I would mention is that the person who answers the phones at their main office was truly friendly, thoughtful, and accommodating. She made this an ideal experience -- a service that was needed performed at the time it was needed. Very professional.

I have hired "Welcome Home Cleaning " 3 times - to have my house cleaned. I've always spoken with Sara and scheduling or sometimes even re-scheduling appointments has never been an issue. The first time I had my house cleaned by them I was very impressed - they were very prompt , professional and were done in 1.5 hrs - with half an hour still left I even had them clean the basement . But the next 2 times there were different ladies who came in and they were much slower than the first time and that is the reason I gave them a B Grade .

Several visits with different people. Some were better than others but all were willing to do the cleaning I requested.

After a couple minor concerns first visit about details the second visit went perfectly. They addressed all of our questions and concerns promptly

There were 3 cleanings offered with this deal. The first cleaning was supposed to be a heavy clean and take up to 4 hours. The pair that was here worked for 2 hours. The next pair also worked for 2 hours and the last cleaning was done by 1 woman and took about 4 hours. All 3 arrived on time and started work promptly. They worked quietly and efficiently and very professionally. All 3 asked for my preference in cleaning products for the kitchen and wood floors. I was very pleased with all 3 cleanings and felt that my home was cleaner and more comfortable because they had been here.
