Do be specific in what you want. I was not - thus they spent time remaking beds and straightening up - not really cleaning. I wanted major cleaning done. Perhaps this was my fault and not theirs.

I have had this company come out twice in the past year to do general housecleaning (when this company ran a special via Groupon, etc.). The original special was for 16 hours of housecleaning (two 4-hour shifts with two people working/shift--over two separate visits). The ladies were the same employees both times which was good. They were very prompt, on-time, and did not take any excessive breaks during their time here. On both visits, they did a pretty thorough job on everything (getting down on hands and knees to hand wash wooden floors, etc.). But on both visits, the ladies seemed to "lose a little steam" and ended up finishing their work about "half an hour early" at which point they pretty much asked if they could leave early (vs. staying the remaining paid-for one-half hour doing windows or some other kind of cleaning). For this reason I gave the overall rating of a "B" (because they did this on both visits/it was not just a one-time thing). But overall, the ladies did a good job and I would probably have them come back if I found another special through their company.

They were on time they did a complete detail cleaning I was very satisfied and I will use them again.

It wasn't till after they left I noticed it wasn't quite done. I had to move some of the furniture back and clean under the couch. It was two of them and they spent a lot of time talking. The bathrooms are great.

I asked them to get some spots like top of ceiling fan and behind couch. They forget fan, and SAID they did behind couch, but there was a lot of "furballs" back there so they were not telling the truth or thought thier partner got it. Also, I had to tell them of obvious stuff like dusting on tops of shelves that were high up (it was a spring clean). So they did a pretty good job, but next time I will be more commuicative and double check stuff. They had about 1.5 hours left and said they wer done. Now I have to use it up but wold have rather they got every nook as that was wht I wanted it for. I told the owner and she was very nice so I am sure they will learn from my feedback. I would give them a try again to see if they took it to heart

Great attention to detail and very caring staff.

I chose to have my vacuum used. I requested that in the future the bagless debris be ejected outside to minimize dust scatter in the house. Specific details requested (use of lemon oil on furniture, attention to corners of flooring, furnace vents, etc.) were attended to readily. My husband comments on how nice the house looks on cleaning day when he comes home from work. .

THey did a very nice job. I will use them again

Ordered the special package and was called the very next day. I went over my expectations and requirements and that's exactly what I received. The ladies are prompt and courteous.

The ladies arrived as scheduled with their supplies and happy faces complete with smiles. They went right to work and didn't stop for four hours. The places they cleaned were spotless. Bev and Tammy developed a deep relationship with my puppy, who cried when they left. I requested them to return for the second half of the offer. I have now signed up with Welcome Home for bi-weekly cleaning (at a very affordable rate) and have requested the same team. Sara the owner was extremely approachable and answered all my questions. I love the way they do business and the pleasantness of the people.

We were completing a kitchen remodel, so the house was dusty and really needed a deep cleaning. The first crew did a so-so job, missed some spots, and left a film on the wood floors from incomplete mopping. However, the company was very responsive and credited some time. The subsequent crew truly did a "deep" cleaning; hand washing the floors because they really needed it and cleaning the areas the previous crew missed. In all, we'll use them again.

This was an up and down experience. I had to keep reminding them about how much time I had left of the Big Deal. They were fairly flexible on sending people out to do the work. One worker did smoke on my balcony and threw the cigarette in the trash, which ended up giving off a bad smell.

I scheduled 4 hours of cleaning. The cleaner arrived without cleaning tools or cleaning products. Seemed upset that I have a large home. I have a large country kitchen with tile flooring and the cleaner complained about the size of the floor to be swept and mopped. I provided cleaning products as well as a steam cleaner for the floors but again the size seemed to be a problem for the cleaner. She didn't stay for the full four hours. Worked very slowly and complained about the amount of cleaning to be done even though I only had her working on the first floor. What kind of cleaning service complains that the house they are hired to clean is dirty? Isn't that the point of hiring a so called "professional"? Did she expect to be cleaning only "clean" houses? The quality of work was poor at best. She was scheduled to return the following week but was out of town when I called to confirm the appointment. She was to call and reschedule with me upon her return to Mass. but I haven't heard from her as yet. Its been 3 months, perhaps she's still out of town. This cleaner, DIDN'T clean anything to my satisfaction. Didn't bother to complete her obligation to me or even try to complete the job! I would never recommend this service and neither should you!

The deal was $100 for two cleanings. They did a fine job. I wasn’t overly impressed but I wasn’t disappointed either. They didn’t accomplish as much as some other cleaning companies had in the past. They just didn’t get as much of the house cleaned as the others had. They speak English which was great. I was able to understand when they were commenting negatively on the condition of the house. So I didn’t think that it was super professional. I would be using them again because I still have another cleaning with them available.

Welcome Home Cleaning were thorough. They were on time. They did a good job of cleaning.

They worked really hard and did a good job. They were very thorough and I would use them again. The owner is very comparative and very easy to deal with.

only took them 2 hours to do the 4 hour deep clean...but they should have dedicated the total 4 hours as it wasn't a deep clean. They responded well by redoing the service at no charge.

Sarah arrived on time in the morning and began with the cleaning the kitchen, including a deep cleaning of the wood cabinets and hardwood floor, as well as all of he appliances and counters. This took almost 4 hours, which seemed reasonable given that the kitchen had not received a really thorough cleaning in a few months and required scrubbing in some areas. She then cleaned two full baths and a half bath, as well as vacuuming and dusting the other first floor rooms (DR, LR, FR). She was efficient and thorough and stayed the full 8 hours, taking on each new task with good humor and resolve. I would definitely hire her again, but I know that she is the manager and employs other workers whose performance was not rated as highly on Angie's List.

The girls were very nice. Did a good job. The only real problem I have is when they say you get 4 hours. I expect 4 hours, not 3 hours. Their is always something that can be done if you finish early. This happen to me all 3 times I had them out.

They scrubbed every area that I asked within inches of it's life. Sparkle clean!

The owner did a great job, but her assistant was a bit inexperienced.

I am unhappy because we scheduled an appointment and they never showed up. Since we purchased the Big Deal, we will try to reschedule with them, but we were really inconvenienced by them not coming to clean our house when they had committeed to doing so. Apparently they called to say that the roads were slippery, (which they were not bad at all), but they called on our home line which we rarely use, and we never got the message.

Would not work with them again

2 Cleaning ladies arrived about 10 mins late. They brought their own cleaning supplies. Since it was paid by time, they were willing to clean the Oven or the Fridge as needed. They did a good job of cleaning and stayed the 2 hours. Would recommend them.

Apt. arranged for cleaning on Jan. 18th, I called on Jan. 15th to confirm, person I spoke with said they did not have me down for a cleaning, the owner was getting married and had moved to Illinois so they couldn't reach them, they asked where I lived and I told them Chelmsford and they had no idea where that was not even what state it was in. I asked them to call me back by that evening as I was having a big party on Friday night and was planning on having my house clean. They did not call back. I made other arrangements as they had not confirmed----also I did not trust someone to come into my home who did not even have a business locally or even in the same state. I told them I would be writing a report to Angie's List and they said they didn't care as they were no longer members. Call received several days later that they would come to clean and I told them under these conditions, I did not want them.
