we asked for 2 days with 2 people each day. They were very accommodating and worked very hard each day to get a lot of cleaning accomplished in a home which had not been cleaned in many years.

Wonderful. They were very professional and puctual. They kept us informed of their progress and asked about our priorities. The work done was excellent.

They were prompt, but they definitely had an allotted time frame in mind and only cleaned for that long. If they needed to spend more time they could have asked me to pay an additional fee, but they seemed like they were concerned with getting finished and leaving. By the time they got to my house they had cleaned multiple other houses, and they seemed very tired. I wasn't overly impressed.

The company did a great job, they went above and beyond to have the job done right. They stayed a little later than they had to.

I purchased a Big Deal coupon for Welcome Home Cleaning. The owner was very responsive, she was very helpful. She was very willing to work with us in terms of what we expected and in terms of the hours. The first cleaning, there were some issues. The second one was a little bit better and by the last time, it was much better. But it was much different than what we expected because she had said there was deep cleaning and their deep cleaning was done in less than 3 hours. It was just a regular cleaning for other companies.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. I've used them again since then.

The girls did an okay job and were pleasant enough, but if they knew they only had two hours then they should have asked me off the bat what the most important rooms to have done would be. Also, the contractor should have tried to determine how many hours or people were needed to do a thorough cleaning of the entire house before scheduling. I paid for 16 hours and only received four hours total two hours with two girls, and was told I would have to pay extra for any future cleaning despite having 12 more hours pre purchased. If there was a clause that everything needed to be schedule by a certain date, then the owner should have notified me of that on the numerous times we communicated. I had to delay service on a few occasions due to health problems/hospitalization a on my end, but she also cancelled on her end once at the last minute as well. So, in essence I paid $50 an hour for mediocre service and was offered no recourse.

I purchased a 16 hr. coupon for housecleaning. May I say the owner of the business is very nice, accommodating when you need to change appointment times, she typically calls before and after each appt. and asks how things went which I really appreciate. However located in Fox Lake, I live in Schaumburg and drive times can be difficult to predict. First visit ~ 2 gals 1 hour late, courteous, chatty. Each girl took a floor, which left me 'nowhere to go' with my computer and phone. I received a phone call after and I had to complain because a duty was grossly overlooked and she apologized. Second visit ~ 2 different gals, called notifying me they would be late, courteous, too chatty letting me know 'it was the nicest, but dustiest house' she's been in. Thanks for sharing ! I always pick-up, nothing out, but yes I use you when things get bad (my dad had open-heart and I was basically living in WI) No big deal, but a planter had been broken, dirt spilled etc....they picked up the mess, apologized profusely. Third visit ~ 2 gals, one had been here before. House was back to the 'dusty' self because my dad had 'moved in' for 3 weeks and I called them after he left. They both went to the 2nd floor and I told them which rooms to do and not do (for time's sake). I heard a huge crash and was so scared someone had gotten hurt. One of the gals was standing in my bedroom and my flat screen TV up in the corner on a bracket and not been fully installed into the stud had come crashing down. She was shaken, but Thank God she was not near and hurt. She picked up all the mess, soon after came down to me and asked for bleach she had found some mold in the corner and wanted to clean. As if I wasn't mortified with the TV incident she tells me 'that is deadly' (so I guess I almost killed her twice). I had about an hour left and they asked if they should go upstairs and finish and I said 'no thanks' I did it when they were on the 1st floor. All 3 visits I tipped and felt I was courteous and easy going. I really expected a call after the 3rd visit if anything just to make sure things were 'right' between us. It was a unfortunate accident.

They were punctual, thorough, easy to communicate with. They used non-toxic cleaning products. I was very happy with them and their work. I would absolutely use them again. It's a great company. They were flexible about what I needed and really helpful. I don't know what more I can say except that these are good folks to work with. Though I used them through a special offer -- I would use them again at full price. The work is worth it.

before they The first Group that was sent to clean was not good at all. Always in hurry to get out and already tired before they came to clean. On second and third cleaning different group of people were sent. And they were far superior than the first one. So in short I will always be concerned about consistancy.

This is the 3rd or 4th time we had this company.. This time we had the owner and she was as wonderful as all the other women on her staff. I especially appreciated that we could leave the house and run errands and know that everything was ok. We trust her completely!

They did a fabulous job. They worked very efficiently and got everything done.

They sent two people. One, was very thorough, cleaning my hardwood and tile floors on her knees. The other did the dusting with a feather duster, did not move items sitting on counter tops and in general was very lax. Based on this I would not use them again unless they guaranteed the person who did the dusting would not come back.

Not much to stay other than the house started really messy and ended up really clean. They did a great job and needed little direction

Sarah came from her home in Nashua, NH to my home in Wakefield, NH, which turned out to be over an hour and a half drive. That alone was pretty impresssive. She was very thorough in her c leaning. She actually washed my floors on her hands and knees! She did a wonderful job! I would hire her again.

The experience with Welcome Home Cleaning went well. I thought they were average. I've used them about eight times now.

I purchased a coupon for 8 hours of cleaning for $99. I divided the service into two different days and had different people each time. I was interested in having bathrooms and floors done first since they are the most time consuming. The ladies were very nice and seemed to work very hard. My house was pretty clean to begin with so I didn't notice a tremendous difference when they were finished but everything seemed fine. They even cleaned things in the kitchen that I hadn't asked them to do but appreciated. I didn't ask what cleaning products they used but I would provide my own products next time or at least discuss the differences between what they use and what I would provide.

I purchased an Angie's List "Big Deal" to have my home cleaned professionally both before and after the holidays. They were prompt and cleaned my house very well.

My experience with them has been good. I am still using them. They just do a very good job and are reasonably priced. Every time I called, they answer the phone.

It was great. Easy to schedule, even with a coupon!

Did a good job and the girls were friendly. Would use this service again.
