Kevin and Chris did a great job on our front porch project! They rebuilt the casing around the three posts and installed black steel railing which is sturdy and looks sharp! They were able to rebuild the posts to look like the idea picture we shared prior to starting the project. They were on time, respectful, and communicated with us throughout the project, confirming details regarding design choices, and letting us know next steps. We would definitely work with this team again!

We have had them do several jobs over the years from building a deck, to installing doors, outdoor lights and exterior painting. We have been extremely happy with anything they have worked on. We will be calling them for more projects in the future. We highly recommend them.

I am an 80 year old veteran and the Handy Veteran Kevin asked if I would write a review. I was very pleased with all work done by Kevin and Teko. They installed new garage door, new steps from garage to first level, replaced stainless steal sink and faucet, and doorknobs throughout. Also, stopped all the floor squeaks because my house is over 50 years old. Kevin also repaired rod iron rail at the bottom of my exterior steps. Teko removed paneling and painted one bathroom and installed new stool and second bathroom with new stool and replaced all door handles. I was very pleased with all work done. Kevin and Teko were very easy to work with and I would hire them again in a heartbeat.

After searching for months for someone to convert our loft into a nursery with no luck, we came across The Handy Veteran, and could not be happier with the finished product! Kevin and Tito were very professional to work with. We felt comfortable allowing them into our home and were very impressed by their work ethic. Kevin and his business were excellent! He was always prompt with appointments and communication before, during, and after the job. Kevin was reasonable, listened well and gave me quality work with a fair and reasonable price for window replacement. I got exactly what I was looking for and he and his crew busted their tail to do a quick, neat and professional job. Kevin did a wonderful job on the deck. Disappointed with damage caused on the lawn. Poorly fixed. Drywall patching and painting is okay, could be better .

Outstanding!!! kevin is like the engergizer bunny, he starts working and does not stop until the end of the day. He took an impossible situation on a 110m year old stair and deck and worked it out. I would definately hire him again and recommend him to everyone who needs some work done.

Zach replaced the pumps in three of our four toilets. He was prompt, clean, knowledgeable, and so friendly. Laura has been great to work with too. She is responsive and helpful. Great crew we can count on!

We absolutely love our new bathroom! It feels so spa like and serene. The Handy Veteran did a exceptional job. They are a hard working, kind, and trustworthy group. Kevin and the team had great communication to make sure it turned out how we wanted. I loved that they were very patient when I asked to have the lights moved higher. We had an unexpected procedure come up and The Handy Veteran made it important to finish up on time. I am so glad we found them. This was an easy choice as we are also a Veteran family. We will definitely be hiring them for other projects.

Excellent. Kevin figured out the problem with the sliding patio door quickly considering you couldn't visually see the Christmas Decoration that somehow got trapped under the sliding door. He also fixed a crooked sliding closet door and rubber weatherstripping on an interior garage door. He was fantastic and will use him again. No doubt!
