Well, he discovered a few problems with the Windows 7 system, removed viruses, applied all kinds of necessary updates. Because my browser no longer worked correctly, he installed Firefox as an alternative, and imported all of our settings. Now things are working correctly.

Excellent, without any problems!

I called Dave and needed fast aid because my modem went out and I am an online teacher and had to have computer service. He bought a new router, came by the next day and installed it accodring to my specifications. It worked fine until we accidentally reset it (if your router is not working, unplug it - do NOT reset it). He then had to reprogram in which he did remotely very quickly. All is all a good experience with computer repair.

The technician (David) was courteous in explaining problem and is intended course of action. He worked quickly and efficiently to implement his plan. The system has worked well since.

We had hired SIOK Online (David Glienna) to create a customized interface for an SQL database. He took absolutely no notes in regards to our project. For the next few weeks, we provided David with detailed emails outlining what we need. He agreed to have the program up and running in 3 months. Those 3 months came and went. We spent hours discussing problems with the "beta" program he created. During these phone conversations, I asked David if he had taken any notes. He indicated he DOES NOT TAKE NOTES. In addition to phone conversations, there were mutliple emails with detailed errors and bugs with the program. When our office would alert David to an error, he would attempt to fix it. This would then cause other problems. We eventually realized (around September 2010) that SIOK Online was not competent enough with coding to complete the job per our contract. We decided to sever communications with SIOK Online at the end of September. Even though he had not performed the duties set forth in our contract, he was still paid his full $5,000.00 fee. In addition, David Glienna would make multiple phone calls a day to ask for additional money. He threatened to disable our website and even did so to show that he was "still in control." We discovered that when we had given David Glienna the credentials to our host for our website, he had created an additional hidden log in, a "back door" into our website. This company is not only incompetent but also dangerous. Do not let this company into your computer systems or network!! In total we spent $7,500.00 for a broken program. We thought at first that maybe this program may be too difficult to create. We ended up contacting another company in the beginning of 2011 and that company has already completed a different program with a total price of $3,000.00. Updated 3/8/2011 - SIOK Online's response is false. The website www.kallenrs.com is not his program, nor does his database connect to our website. We hired Computer Friendly Associates to complete our website and re-design a front end to our database. David Glienna has threatened to disable our website (which is hosted by a 3rd party) unless we paid him more money, which he has not earned. Mr. Glienna has no authorization to contact our web hosting company as he has already called and attempted through deception to gain access to our account. Once again, I caution anyone to please research this company before this happens to you! 3/9/2011 - SIOK Online does not own the unfinished program he alleges we are still using. We purchased a program called DevExpress, based upon Siok's recommendation, that we were unable to use. Siok was unable to customize the DevEpress program we purchased. We are not using that program. We do not know how to use the DevExpress program and neither does Siok. Siok did not create our website. He merely directed our existing auction link to a new page which has been deactivated since January, 2011. Overall, mine wasn't a typical case because of a few connection problems with my modem and internet service. This is when it pays to have an expert that can trouble shoot and resolve the problem. David was just that and more. He came onsite within 24 hours of my initial call and continued to offer me tech support online and on the phone untill all my CPU connection problems were resolved.
