More than happy to take our money. Installation went well. After ther winter,one post was leaning considerably and cover boards were warping. Had to call MANY times to get it fixed. Finally came out in the fall 2014. Then after another winter, post was leaning again and a couple boards split. Called NUMEROUS times, kept getting run around by customer service, then was told it was out of warranty because it is only 2 year warranty, even though repair was done prior year. Then was also told that there was no way they were going to come all the way to our house, though that wasn't a complaint when we purchased the fence. Terrible customer service and follow through. Now we have to find someone who can fix the leaning post before the whole side starts to shift.

We were very impressed. Not only were they quick (had entire old fence removed in less than 2 hours!), but they made sure that things were done right. They didn't feel comfortable with the original Julie markings, so they called and had Julie come back out! Even though it caused a slight delay for them, they made sure that things were done right. Still finished the entire fence in less than 2 days! And we were very comfortable with the cost.

From all the ones that I contracted, they were the best but of course I would have loved to pay less for fencing.

They did everything right. They came out, gave me a price, stuck with their price and did all the work in one day. They did nice work too. Everybody cleaned up and all I had to do was write a check. I have no complaints about what they did.

The heavy ice and snow from the worst winter in 40 years caused our automatic pool cover, track, liner,and light to fail. This happened in early February but we had to wait for ALL the ice to melt before it could be repaired. I called several pool companies and either their price was too high or they didn't call me back in a timely manner. I called Meier's in Fox Lake and from the minute the manager answered the phone, the entire process went smoothly. He came out the following morning to assess the damages and determine what we needed, etc. By that afternoon, I had prices and estimated install dates. I placed the order and gave him a deposit. Everything came in on time and work was done. Pool is beautiful and ready for swimming (if our weather would warm up). I tend to be a perfectionist and called Dave many times with additional questions I had thought about later. Even though this is his busiest time of year, he always took the time to explain with patience and professionalism. Their other quality that impressed me was dependability. When he said they were coming out, they were here. That's important these days when everyone is busy. I'm a very happy and satisfied customer. Everything went better than I expected and I recommend them highly. If anyone has any questions, feel free to email me and I'll share my experience with you.

Initial contact was very positive. Shortly after the fence was installed, I discovered that they had installed the fence with the "good" side to the inside and the "not so good" side to the outside. Sent e-mail indicating that I was not happy. Subsequently phoned the sales rep who did not get back to me. Called again and sales rep indicated that his GM was to have called me. GM called shortly thereafter. Said, over and over, that in 53 years of being in the business, no one had ever asked that they install the fence with the better side out. He indicated that it would cost him at least another $500 to correct it and that he did not recommend that. He made it clear that I would have to pay the extra $500. I pointed out that I have been making a point of looking at other fences, and the wooden ones and the chain link ones all have the "good" side to the outside. It made no sense to me that an aluminum fence woul be just the opposite It is called CURB APPEAL. He did not offer to correct the problem at his cost, nor did he offer a credit or rebate of any sort. I told him that I was actively unhappy about this and that if I were him, I would not use me as a reference.

This company installed an in-ground pool four years ago. Within the first two years there were problems with the auto-cover, pump motor, filter and chlorine generator. Since installation, the liner has had to be replaced, the heat pump has gone bad and the pole that holds the automated pool cover has snapped. Trying to get service from this company is ridiculous. They give you the run-around. When they finally do send someone, the problems still aren't resolved. Customer service is a joke. They may have been in business for 50 years but that doesn't mean that they do quality work. They certainly don't stand behind it. It takes weeks and months to get problems fixed and one of their owners will do everything possible to blame the vender, the customer, the weather and anything else he can come think of. I wish I would have checked their review online first. I would not recommend doing business with this company, EVER!

We built a $100,000 pool project with this company 14 years ago including the fence. You would think that would account for something. This service has been terrible. I am done chasing Harry for a quote. I was really looking forward to using them for my project, but if they can't even get me a quote, how's the actual project going to get done. I would think that most businesses would want a customer that remembers them positively years later and calls to give them repeat business even if my job was small. THIS TIME.

Called and visited company on recommendation from realtor. When ready to go forward with project, took multiple phone calls just to set up appointment to take measurements. There was quite a bit of confusion in the office as to who was supposed to handle the project. This alone took a few weeks to straighten out. During the entire project, we had to continually call the company to get updates and when the installation would occur. They often would not call back. When fence finally installed, it could not be finished in a timely manner because all the parts had not been taken to site on the day of installation. When bushed needed trimming to install fence, limbs were left in driveway instead of pulled to the side. I would not use this company again. Way overpriced for the type of service you receive.

Was given an estement and told it would it would be two weeks since mine was a small job. No problem. Two weeks had gone so I called back to see when they might be out to do job. They claimed they had called me and left a message that they would be out Wendsday afternoon to work on fence. Never recived a message. I said that was fine. Meir's called Tuesday to say they were commming out at three Tuesday instead. I said it was fine. Meier's did not show up untill 6:00. Did not call me they were going to be delayed I had to call them to see what was the poroblem. They finely came and did the work. As far as I am concerned thier prices for six feet of fence were too much and customer service was poor. I will not use this company again.
