+ -1 moreEstimate was more than reasonable, compared to other contractors. Others were trying to justify the high price (for low SEER rated/efficiency units) by stating they have mobile sheetmetal workshops and top of the line installers. Maybe, but nothing to warrant an extra $3,000! KRA came out on top with their quote (for a higher SEER rated/efficiency combo, de-humidifier, thermostat), was highly recommended, and after all was said and done, provided a job well done. Rudy even went so far as to get all the paperwork straightened out to facilitate the warranty and rebate process. As for servicing the secondary A/C, he did a great job getting it back in running condition. Rudy is a wealth of information on how to keep your units well-maintained and he doesn't mind you asking him questions along the way. He does things right and he does them well. Would I recommend KRA? ABSOLUTELY! I can't thank Rudy enough.
