The owner came to fix it and got it going again. When it stopped only 10 minutes after he left, he came back although it was Friday evening, and spent another couple hours trying to fix it to get us through the season. When it was clear we needed a new furnace and A/C, he didn't charge us for the two visits and parts. Instead he applied the check we gave to the new unit. Although it is his busiest time, he got a new quality unit installed within three business days. During installation, he and his best tech placed and started it up in three coordinated visits, putting in 20 man-hours and included improvements like all new wiring, outside filter access, and larger leveled condenser pad. The installation is very professional: quieter, vibration-free, has improved air flow and is projected to use less utilities. They went far out of their way to accommodate our schedule, cleaned up after, and gave us valuable tips and insights. This company will be the only HVAC service company we ever use again.
Description of Work: Our HVAC system failed after repair only 2 weeks earlier by another firm. The system had been patched and repaired several times before, first only three months after installation ten years earlier. The controls were faulty and the wiring a mare's nest. It gave changing readings during testing to find the fault.

The huge problem that I have with this company (Tony) is that customer starts getting charged for labor as soon as the truck pulls into the driveway. He loves to talk but please remember that you are being charged for everything including the completion of the invoice bill. Total bill for cleaning the furnace was $16.00 parts and $250.00 labor which is an obscene amount to pay. I must admit that I did have questions for Tony about giving me an estimate to do additional work in the house but I was charged for that also. His work seems to be fine but once again, work was cleaning a furnace. My suggestion would be to make sure you get an exact price for work to be done before you have anything done. I counted too much on previous two approval ratings posted on Angie's list and my guard was down. Make sure you know the cost of the project before proceeding with any work. I gave the Company an oveall 'F' due to the total amount of money I paid for cleaning the furnice. If you get a quote for work and faithly only pay that amout for any work done by this company, I do believe that job will be done correctly.

Our furnace went out just before The Holidays during one of the coldest weeks of the year. We called Tony at Gracie Enterprise and he had it replaced asap with no hassel. The team is very professional and explains everything very clearly. They did a wonderful job and answered any questions we had. they are very neat to the point of covering any flooring they walked on with dropcloths. They are very honest and are very reasonable with their pricing. I would recommend Gracie enterprise for any heating and air conditioning jobs that need to be done. They do a great job and are very personable to work with.

Grace Enterprise was simply amazing from start to finish. Tony first came out to quote the installation cost in a very professional way. Even giving a discount based on doing both items at the same time. They installed the right sized AC unit and explained thoroughly why I didn't need a larger one. They set out drop clothes throughout the house as they were working. And cleaned everything up, including vacuuming when they were finished. Very clean, professional work. When they were done the owner, Tony, sat with me and explained how to use everything that was just installed, even going out of his way to program my thermostat for free. Taught me everything I needed to know about my new humidifier and went over the billing in a very painless way. When they were done you never would have known they were even there. Everything was so clean and professional looking and the new units looked great!
Description of Work: Tony and one of his employees installed a 3.5 ton AC unit. Installed a brand new Aprilaire Humidifier. Replaced outside dryer vent cap as well, the old one had a built in screen which was clogging the lint up.
