Description of Work: This was a Big Deal for $129.00 for sewer or drain rodding with a free sewer televising. They did some additional work. Everything turned out fine.

Description of Work: Ex-stink offered a coupon to check the sewer line with a camera and rod it out if necessary. They found immediately that the sewer line leading to the house was displaced so they could not check the rest of the line. At that point I contacted my local plumber and had him confirm the problem, dig up the line and replace it. If I had not taken advantage of the special offer, I would not have found out about the displacement of the pipe until the sewage backed up into my house, so for that I was grateful. I felt more comfortable using my local guy which is why I didn't have Ex-stink complete the job.

Description of Work: They checked my sewer system and discovered some potential problems of which I was unaware. A connection close to the street was obsolete and they recommended that I update it. I decided not to do so at this point, but will keep them in mind in the future.

Description of Work: Through an Angie's List deal, we had televising and initial rodding done to the sewer line. Mark was accessible and forthcoming with information on a subsequent phone call after the appointment.

Description of Work: Ex Stink came to my house to investigate a sewage smell in the basement. They first look down the sewage pipe with a camera and it was all clear of roots. Next the looked at the the drain pipe and discovered the P trap has deteriorated> They said it's not an immediate fix since we don't have a finished basement, but gave us an estimate on the fix. They were very nice to work with and would use them in the future.

Description of Work: I purchased a rodding & TV check "package" for my sewer. Although Ex-Stink completed those services fine, they told me that I had a 'break' in my sewere line under my front yard. They did not show me the break on their TV camera, so I couldn't confirm the break. Then, they provided a sky-high quote ($5,000+) to come back and fix the break. They really didn't give me advice about not fixing it, etc. At that point, I felt that they were just trying to sell more business, and not really trying to give me the best advice.

Description of Work: The description on the "big deal" was ambiguous. It said the drain cleanout had to be "readily accessible" but when the provider arrived, he said that meant that the cleanout had to be accessible from outside the house.
