Services were provided professionally, as advertised, nice job and no complaints.

Being a Sunday I was not sure they would even answer the phone but they did! They came out right away and within an hour after they arrived I had a new pump installed. Great service!

I called and left several plumbers an email message that I needed someone to come and unclog my toilet late Friday 3/18/16 night at 11:30pm. My toiled clogged up earlier in the evening and although I can usually get it unclogged, I was unable to do so this time hence needed a plumber. Dave called me back at 11:45pm and scheduled to come on Saturday the 23rd after 2p. At the last minute I had to push it back by an hour, he did not mind it at all. When he came he explained what was going on and finished the job and cleaned it all up. I just closed on a townhome an he recommended that I should get the sump pump checked before I move in, versus, waiting until there is an issue. I will definitely use them in the future for all my plumbing needs in my condo. I would give them A+.

They did a very good job but a little pricey.

They checked inside plumbing and came up with a variety of solutions for slow drains.

scoped the sewer and naturally found root damage and promptly convinced us sewer had to be repaired immediately. dug up front yard and placed dirt on walkway to front door while replacing a small portion of sewer. never should have done this as it was only half the necessary job and we had to redo a lot of their average work this year. Most negative was i had to ask 3 times to have them move the mud pile they left on my walkway. It was sadly difficult to convince them to come clean up their workspace.

It took 10-15 minutes and Dave left everything clean. He wore paper boots over his shoes and that always impresses me.

Harold came in and did a great job explaining everything. He also replaced the hose bib, the source of most of our issues, along with replacing some old cpvc pipe with copper. It was fixed the same day quickly and efficiently. Very happy with the service.

They were fine but we found out we had to spend more money to get a better job done. The guy was nice but I think they should have been more transparent. I think the price wasn't accurate.

Serviceman was very friendly and professional. He gave us good advice for future plumbing maintenance. His Angie's List discount was more than expected. This is the second time we have used this provider and would definitely do so again.

Dave and Shane rodded the main sewer line. Dave also looked at a few of my other plumbing concerns and gave me some advice and scheduled another visit to address a leaking faucet. The main sewer line needs some additional work and Dave gave me some quotes. There is not current access to the line from anywhere outside which is needed and he gave me a quote. Because I was not prepared to finance the ultimate cost right now, we determined a stop gap for purposes of finances and Dave gave me a great quote to do that initial work. He even took the cost of today's visit and applied it against the subsequent work. Dave and Shane were honest, professional, and cleaned up after themselves. I would highly recommend them!!

They scheduled a man in 1 day, but when I explained that this was for elderly and handicapped, they had a man there in 1 hour! Awesome! The first company that we called wanted to do the work for almost 3 times the price that Ex-Stink did it for. I'd hire these guys in a second!

Excellent! From scheduling the appointment to handing over the CD of my sewer line, Ex-Stink Plumbing & Sewer did a professional job. They were able to accommodate my schedule and very gracious in handling all the changes to my schedule. The appointment started on time and the inspection went flawlessly. Everything was fully explained and I learned a lot about my house and its sewer system from the inspectors. I highly recommend Ex-Stink Plumbing & Sewer and hope to use them again the future.

I had purchased the services of 2 men for one hour. ?I was pretty sure that the pipe was not just clogged, but that there was an obstruction. ?They worked diligently for the full hour, but were unable to reach the obstruction even though their router cable was fully extended.

The scheduled plumber for the day of the repair called in sick but Ex-stink was able to find another plumber to come out just a day later, which we were very happy with. The actual job was not easy. We had 2 other quotes at a higher price with everyone saying that it won't be easy. The old pipe was extra heavy duty cast iron with many connections. The pipe was between two joists between the 1st and 2nd floor so they had to work 9-10 ft up with heavy 4 inch pipe.? Nevertheless the team finished in a day and everything works now. The Team was also very responsive to questions and explained the issues and their approach very well. They also told us about a few things to watch for that are nearing the end of their life, like a toilet supply valve and a shower vent connection. Overall we were very happy with Ex-stink and like their name suggests, they really did stop the sewage stink ;-)

I can't give this company more praise. They came out on NYE to rod our sewer and locate an obstruction. They communicated with us and seemed very fair. We will be using them in the future.

Showed up on time and ran the camera down my sewer line. Showed no blockage. Very courteous and professional.

So, plumbers gone. He was super nice. Walked me thru all of our issues. Explained everything well enough to where I really had no questions for him. Got a couple different estimates for a few different possibilities... All considerably lower than I would have thought. He did the job he was hired to do, shook my hand (and meant it! No sloppy handshake here) and left with a real smile. THAT is how service is done. Thank you Angie's List for the awesome guy (Mike) at Ex Stink Plumbing! I WILL be having him back =)
