Description of Work: I arranged with the provider to do the job on May 4th. The service man was able to do the job without me needing to be there. He cleaned the line up to the parkway where he found heavy roots and mud which he let me know. Since it is village owned, I didn't need further service from him.

Description of Work: Routed five of our suer drains . Told us that city was responsible for the one drain in street. Charged us only for the permit 495.00 the first time that Ex stink routed one drain. Second time after city came and we needed Ex stink again because we had other problems in other drains thats when Ex stink routed the five drains. I think they charged us around 500.00. They were great workers .would recommended and use again.

You never did and the plumber never called. Since I purchased this shortly after the New Year I figured I would give them time. After You said you'd reach out, I once again gave it time and NOW, I am past the refund stage. |This deal and the way Angie's list handled my complaint leaves me disappointed and not likely to purchase another deal from you at this time. I will def not recommend your service. Hope you get this review..

Description of Work: Carveat emptor. I had this crew come out for a $99.00 special rodding. I understand that the project was more comprehensive than one pass rodding and scope. Bottom line not a special I ended up paying more than I usually do for the same amount of time and labor. However, the crew was very professional and I believe did a good job inspite of the cost.

Description of Work: For the special price of $99, my three-flat main sewer line was video inspected and rodded clean. As a tenant happened to have a kitchen sink backup as they were rodding my sewer line, I asked if they could look at that. They did but were unable to clear the line with a power rodder because of a huge amount of ugly black grease in the line (I saw it). They did not charge me and came back the next day with special equipment -- a hydrojet device that was likened to power washer for the inside of my drain pipe. After some effort, they freed the line of grease. One year warranty. Cost $325.

Description of Work: They rodded our sewer line--it was quite a complex job and required more than the standard rodding. With the camera, we determined that part of our old clay line had cracks and that was the cause of the problems. We were given an estimate to replace that section, if we so decide.
