Description of Work: Televised my sewer line from the front of my house to the sewer main. Ex-Stink has always provided a professional service.

Description of Work: I originally purchased the $99.00 sump pump check and sewer line video, I was so glad I did because they unexpectedly discovered that my sewer main out of the house was broken but not completely disconnected. (That would have been a huge mess). Since it wasn't completely disconnected I was able to have the repair done on a non-emergency basis. I obtained quotes from other plumbers and discovered their price was very fair. The sewer crew arrived on time, they laid down boards to protect the sidewalk and brought the backhoe in to minimize disruption fo my landscaping. They had the township inspectors out to verify the work was done correctly and backfilled the area when they were done. The workmen were polite and cleaned reasonably well. (I had to do some vaccuming in the basement where they had to drill out concrete in the foundation) but otherwise it was perfect

Description of Work: They came out and said they used their camera to determine the routing covered by this was not possible and needed to do more expensive routing. I then called another service who did the routing (yes! the same one covered by the promotion). I feel scammed, but did not have the time to follow up and fight for a refund. Very disappointed. PS, I am likely a couple days off on my service, date. I just received this review email and thought I would quickly fill it out. I am within +/- 3 days. Sorry.

Description of Work: My bathtub was clogged. They shot the hair out to the main line. In/out in 20 mins. They were very professional. I'm very happy.

Description of Work: Cleared the drain from the house to the street

Description of Work: He used a camera to inspect the drain pipe which was closed. It helped to identify the section of the pipe where the pipe was clogged.

Description of Work: They checked the sump pump but they told the sensor wasn't working right. |The only way to fix it was to replace the pump and sensor together. | |Later on I checked myself and found that the sensor was indeed working.

Description of Work: I had purchased a sewer rodding and televising big deal. When I called the company to set up a time, they informed me there would be an additional charge since I didn't have outside sewer access. |The guys arrived on time and were very punctual. They spent over two hours at my home because my sewer had actually collapsed. They worked very hard trying to find the exact spot of the collapse. |They gave us a quote for the additional work which was competitive with the other ones I later received. However, the lead guy informed me that he wouldn't be there to help, so I chose another company.

Description of Work: I called about a smell coming from our upstairs plumbing. Given their name I thought they'd be able to find it. They investigated, put a few holes in wall, and couldn't find the source. I asked them to do a smoke test/camera the line and they said they couldn't. They did rod out my bathroom waste stack, which I purchased through an Angie's List deal. I had to get another plumber in to camera the line and smoke test the problem and fix it. They did not "ex-stink" my problem.

Description of Work: They did good. Was wondering why no scope on the drain. But no problems. | |They did suggest i put in an outside clear point. Seemed like it would be a good idea if i had time to ammortize the expense over a longer time period than i plan to stay in this old house.

Description of Work: Front wall hydrant vacuum breaker was busted, I decided to replaced the full wall hydrant (water spicket) with Wolford brand. Thank you Andy and Jerry for all your help and information, your time was greatly appreciated.
