Description of Work: I purchased the coupon from Ex-Stink, a so called great deal to rod my sewer lines for $100 per line. They were very courteous, punctual, and professional. The only problem is they didn't do much rodding for $100. Instead of rodding they tried to sell me the fact that my lines need to be dug up for 5K+. They showed me some cracks and some blockage and I just listened to all the nonsense they told me looking me straight in the eye. Digging up sewer lines is a very lucrative business, and I have encountered many plumbing contractors on Angie's List that are preying on people's ignorance. I still had to pay the plumber I had been using for years to rod and televise my lines after their visit. Very disappointed with the quality of plumbing contractors on Angie's List, and with the coupon.

Description of Work: They charged an extra $100 to look from the roof. Then said the only way to fix the problem was to do a clean out trap for $2500. I paid the extra $100 but, declined the recommended "fix". I found another company to fix the problem for $300.

Description of Work: I purchased the big deal for $99, but let them know ahead of time I was more interested in getting their opinion on other jobs. They were very knowledgeable and helpful and stayed to answer questions for a long time. Unfortunately the price they quoted for one of those jobs was almost double the price quoted by my usual plumber.

Description of Work: I purchased an Angie's list special for sewer clog and camera. I was having a sewer clog and backup in my basement. They provided excellent service. I would definitely recommend and use again. Plus it was an extra good value to buy the special through Angie's List.
