They should change name to stink plumbing.

They did a reasonable job. There was a blockage in one of the bathrooms, and I don't think they did a perfect job on that. We had to call another plumber to come out and do the job. They were professional, and they tried to do the work, but it was more complicated, and they weren't able to do the job.

Ex-Stink guys were very professional and knowledgeable. They were also honest in their opinion. They quoted additional sewer repairs, but their price were a bit high.

Quality workmanship. Professional crew. Did good work for a fair price. Would gladly use again.

It went very well. They were very professional and thorough. I would definitely utilize them again. My only disappointment was that I would have liked to have had a copy of the video - but they don't do that.

Sewer line rodding. All went as expected. Good deal via an Angie's List deal.

Sewer dig and exterior clean out access. Repair of broken clay sewer pipe and replacement with pvc pipe. The only part I was not quite satisfied with was that I was not told when given the estimate that I would have to pay $75 for pulling a permit. However, I contested it pretty strongly and they ate the cost of it. Also, I wished the dirt had been tamped down a bit more when they replaced the dirt. It left a very big mound in my front yard. I called them back about 3 weeks later for a blocked kitchen sink, and I thought the price was pretty high. It cost $150.00 and they told me I had been given a discount, as it was generally $175.00.

It turned out well, he fixed my problem and everything is working good. He came out right away. I would use them again.

The two employees who came were polite and professional. They did exactly what was needed and cleaned everything up once the work was completed.

Bought one of the Angie's List deals from Ex-Stink for $95. Did not realize that was only for a quick 2" rod of my sewer line. My 4" line was in worse shape than I anticipated and it required more thorough rodding with larger blades. Mark and Harold completed the job quickly, efficiently and cleaned up after they were done. Could've been cheaper I think, but it had to be done.

Very conscientious and patient by explaining the process to me.

The company did find some trouble and gave us an estimate, but we haven't decided whether we will have the work done. The company was fantastic though and we didn't encounter any unexpected issues. I couldn't be happier with the experience.

Took videos of the the sewer line for a blockage. Discovered dirt in the line but did not rod the line saying it wouldn't help the situation even though it was part of price. They mentioned it would need to be jet rodded. To me what's the difference - I feel they there were trying to sell me a more expensive service.

I would have given them an A but they came out to video and router out the main pipe because our toilet was clogging all the time. When they videoed the pipe, it was clean as a whistle. They then said they would auger out the toilet. They went out to there truck and found that they did not bring an auger. At least we got piece of mind knowing out main pipe was clear.

The 2 men rodded the sewer and hit a severe blockage 75 feet from the house. The TV camera showed only black murkiness at the spot. They came back 2 days later with a trencher machine and dug about a 10 foot long hole, replace damaged pipe and installed a full size clean-out. Everything was professionally done, and the job sight was left clean.

They were great. They arrived on time and didn't charge for some extra work. I am very satisfied.

I was very unhappy, and I would not recommend them. They incorrectly diagnosed a problem initially, and they dug up my family room floor. So I had my family room dug up, just to find out that the pipes there, that they insisted had a problem wasn't the problem at all. Then they went outside and find the return of whatever they rod. They wanted to charge me for that, and they didn't want to admit that it was their fault. If it wasn't for my advocate, I would have paid thousands more. It is working, it is fine, the work that they did repairing was fine. Everything was resolved, and if it wasn't for my fiance fighting for me, I would have just paid.

It went really well. Overall it was a pleasant experience.

Ex Stink Plumbing & Sewer performed the service as advertised and to our satisfaction. Upon completing the service it became obvious that the drain cap was not resealed properly. We contacted Angie's list and complained. The vendor was back at our house early next morning and resolved the issue professionally. We were impressed by the whole process.

After he got finished rodding the pipe, he said he had some trouble with it. My wife noticed it was leaking and told him he needed to come back and fix it.

The two plumbers arrived right on time the day of the service and they were very professional and nice and efficient. Other than the clogged bathroom sink, I wasn't experiencing any other problems such as slow drains, so basically they just took a camera to my main line to check that there were no tree roots or other potential problems lurking around, and then they gave me a new cap for my main line. Unfortunaely the new cap leaked, but they came right back out after I discovered it and replaced it with another new one at no extra charge. The price seemed a bit expensive for the extra service, plus since I didn't have any problems, but I suppose it was worth it to know that I shouldn't have any problems sneaking up on me in the near future.

It went well. They uncovered some other issues and fixed those as well.
