It went fine. I like their timeliness. They were prompt, courteous, and very helpful in terms of issues that were coming up.

They did a good job. They knew what they were doing and they were very competent at getting it done. They had a special and we went ahead and did something above and beyond that but that was reasonably priced also.

They were straightforward and they did a good job. Besides the price of the deal, I did pay extra for the additional work done.

I was surprised that the deal on angies list with this company said $99 for 100ft of sewer line rotting and the use of a camera and when my plumber came in with the camera he said it would take some time to get through the backup and that it would cost an extra $396.00. I agreed to this service but it only took an hour to perform. The deal on angies list stated this $99 deal was over a $400 value. The service was performed in a professional manner but I don't think it was worth $495 for an hour worth of rodding. My neighbor had hers done for only $300. Next time I will do my research as to a fair price on labor/job.

We moved into our 25 year old house about 8 months ago and I wanted to have the piece of mind that the main sewer line from the house was free from debris. Everything from the initial call to the final clean-up was handled professionally. The technician took the time to explain what we was seeing with the video camera and gave me the reassurance I was looking for. He also answered some of my questions around sump/ejector pumps, which was quite helpul. I would recommend this company and will look to them in the future for any plumbing/sewer needs.

Ex-Stink was phenomenal. I've never written a review on a site, but felt moved to do so following my experience yesterday. They were prompt, courteous, and repaired a simple issue in a matter of moments that another plumber claimed was much more complicated and expensive. Simply put, I highly recommend them. We would never use any one else! We used Harold on all of the plumbing we needed done on a new addition in 1997! His advice and work are top of the line!

They did fine. I didn't call them immediately, I called them several months after I had purchased the big deal, and then they came out within a week. They would be the first people I would turn to in the future.

It worked out fine. They did what they needed to do and they showed up on time. The plumbers that came out were all good.

Everything went very well. Workers always called ahead and let me know time of arrival, and were punctual with arrival. Company did work exactly as described. I appreciated that the workers were conscientious about how they were going to perform the job, and considered issues of cables, piping, lines and even my garden before they dug. The digging job was done in a clean and thoughtful manner, and once the job was complete, left the yard in a very clean condition. I appreciated that there were no surprises, and both of the workers on site were a pleasure. The new drain works excellent and now my yard is dry! I would certainly use EX-Stink again in the future!

They were professional and friendly and we'd definitely use them again.

A while later we had a huge rain storm and I got water in my basement. I called Ex-Stink and they came out in the storm and rodded again under the guarantee. They had spotted a crack in one of the pipes during the rodding and told me that was the cause of the flooding in my basement. I had them do the work to repair the pipe and have not had a drop of water in my basement since. They were not my go-to plumbers before I bought the deal for $111 rodding, but they are now. I wish I had fired my old plumber a long time ago!

They service was great. They even added a pipe from the 7 foot deep pipe that runs up to ground level incase pipe gets clogged again so it is easier to access without having dig down 7 feet to pipe. They were upfront about all details of the job.

The guys from Ex-Stink came in as scheduled. Spent probably 3 hours or more doing the work. The line was completely clogged up and a couple of times the guys thought they would need to bring in additional equipment and/or possibly have to excavate. At the end their perseverance paid off and they were able to go through the entire line and take our copious amounts of roots that they got our of the line. The inspected with the camera before and after. What a difference! We've since called them once more to do annual maintenance to prevent such huge buildup. Now we do the maintenance once a year. We also removed most of the trees that were close to the sewer line, so we are hoping that will deduce the risk of line breakage and/or clogging in the future. Overall I was very satisfied and happy we did not have to excavate. That would have been a huge additional expense.

Arrived on time, cleaned out the line, did a professional job. Noted an issue that we were aware of where the sewer line connects with he city's line, and showed me exactly where the issue was located.

The purpose of hiring Ex-Stink was to see if we had any damage to the sewer line from our house to the street. The sewer line ran near our driveway that sunk and we wanted to make sure that there was no damage to the sewer line which they were able to see with the camera inspection.

Could not have been happier with the professionalism of this company. Would not hesitate to recommend their work.

The service was great and they did a perfect job. They were early for the appointment and cleaned up well. I would highly recommend them.

He came and told me that it was not working, after not inspecting the sump pump at all. i had to call someone else to checkout my expensive backup pump. It was a big waste of money

They did not replace the concrete walk that had to be removed to get to the piping. I wish they would of offered to replace the walk or referred me to someone who could do the work. It put me in a bind and I felt they should have had a contractor to finish the job.

Came out when scheduled, did work for coupon. Little disappointed that it only included 1 pass, had to pay more for a more thorough cleaning. Overall they did a great job and will use again.

Bought a big deal for $99 sewer rodding. Contacted within a day and set up an appointment for a couple days later. Two guys came out and used our outside sewer access to clean and rod the sewer. We had some issues and they showed us what was wrong and gave us a quote to fix it. Was very happy with the service. Thanks!

They had the best price after alot of research. They were very professional and pleasant to deal with. They went the extra mile in discovering where the leak was. They took care of all the details of dealing with Lake in the Hills. Obviously they have done this many times and their expertise showed. They were an answer to prayer after a long search for a reputable company.

They honored the deal, were accommodating, responsible and scheduling was not an issue.
