The big deal turned out fine. The price was a little different than what I expected. If I had known that, I would have gone with someone else. But overall the service was fine. They had friendly service and what I disliked was the price which they did not disclose upfront.

I have not yet used the coupon. I had to call a few times to re-schedule and they made that very easy. I thought the staff I spoke with was very nice. They have been very available.

It was OK. It was something that needed to be done. He was quick. I would tell others that they were professional and on time.

I was foolish enough to take that deal and I will not do that again. When they came out, they said the deal was just to do one route, essentially take the router and drive it through once. They weren’t willing to do anything further than once rather than do the complete job and clean it completely out which usually takes a little effort. Their common deal was $150 and you would have to pay extra for everything, you got to pay more to actually get the roots out. It was a negative experience. After that experience, I brought in a guy that I have used before who I would recommend to do it. The guy quoted me $2800 for a front yard clean up. I didn’t know what I would get, I tried it and I learned. The whole deal is distasteful, I paid $250 and realized I am not getting the job done.

That service turned out wonderfully. They were on time and they did the job well. I we would recommend them. I thought the quality was excellent and they answered our questions too.

This did not go as well as we anticipated. They came on a very cold day. The access was on the outside. The tech that was working that day, (who no longer works for the company), informed us we needed a pipe replaced - he did not use the camera. Another company looked it over and determined it was not damaged. The owner graciously refunded the money we paid. Initially because of the tech I wanted to give this company bad grades, but their graciousness in working with us - the grades given are based on their working with us. They are taking responsibility for the tech and his service. I would use them again with the assurance the owner would be making sure all went well in the future.

Found something stuck in the sewer line, and said they would have to dig into our basement and tear pipes out and it would cost $3,000, but other plumbers told me that there are tools to dig obstacles out of pipes. Went in about 40 feet through the sewer, and found an obstacle, couldn't finish the job because the blockage could break the blades, so they didn't even finish the job. They sent two technicians out, they didn't seem too knowledgeable. However, after they opened the sewer line we haven't had any flooding issues. I just felt like they didn't give us our money's worth.

They came out and used the camera and I didn't even need the rodding.

went fine. No problems. Found a broken pipe. Gave me estimate. i chose a different angies list company to fix the line. Other company (Aguilar Tree Service) gave me more repair cost options. They were professional, polite,--all good.

They were very polite, professional and on time . Used a telescopic line to show me how the roots had blocked the line and proceeded to rod it out. Put everything back and left it clean.

Arrived on time and were very professional. They scoped the line as contracted, walking me through the whole investigation. Through no fault of their own they were unable to rod the line, as the house's access pipe is smaller than the line pipe. I mentioned we had recently purchased the house, and they took the time to show me the storm and sanitation sewer locations in the street, even popping the lids off so we could do a quick visual inspection. They were very thorough and knowledgeable, and provided excellent explanations of everything.

The company was out for the service withing a couple days of purchase. The service was excellent. They were on time, friendly and professional.

Very well. Used a Big Deal Coupon. The two techs Andy and Juan showed up timely. ( I requested an after 2pm appointment). Camera scoped the line first. It was blocked. It was 18+ months since my last rodding. Techs used a 2" cutter and made ti to the street sewer. Re-scoping revealed roots had grown into the line. Techs used a 5" bladed next. Re-scoping a 3rd time showed 99% of roots in line gone now. Some cracks in joints were allowing the roots to infiltrate and grow. Techs recommended monitoring and provided a written 1 year flow guarantee. Due to root obstructions I had them do a clean out. The price was $425 less my initial $99 coupon. Total cost was $326. But it needed to be done and the cost reasonable. Especially for the peace of mind for the next 12 months.

Politest SCAMMER I've met in a long time - Harold, the owner was supposed to clear a sewer line for $99. Unclogged a 4" sewer with a 1" rodding bit. Then, told me it would be $375 additional to finish the job and clear out the 4" sewer using the correct bits. MADE ALL KINDS OF EXCUSES - MY MACHINE WILL BREAK, THE ROOTS ARE TOUGH, MY DOG ATE THE BIGGER BIT. Needless to say, I did not go for the bait. I hired someone else for an extra $100 to finish the job. Cost me double but IT WAS SATISFYING TO KNOW I PREVENTED ANY MORE OF MY $$$ LANDING IN HAROLD'S POCKET. **********When we as customers get smarter & tougher, we will win the war against Angies List scams********** THE MORAL OF THIS ANGIES LIST STORY: JUST BECAUSE A 100 CLIENTS GIVE A PROVIDER AN "A" RATING DOES NOT MEAN THAT THEY DID NOT GET SCAMMED... ...IT MEANS THAT 100 PEOPLE MAY HAVE LACKED THE KNOWLEDGE TO FIGURE OUT THE SCAM :-) :-) :-) :-) :-)

When I called to schedule the appointment they were up front about the fact that the offer was for rodding a sewer line with an exterior access point. There would be an up charge of $100 to rod my sewer line since the access point is in the basement. They offered to refund my money if that was an issue. I did some price comparisons and the deal was competitive even with the $100 up charge so went forward with the appointment. The technicians showed up on time and were very professional. They also provided a quote for installing an outside access point, but no pressure to do it.

The $99.00 special included camera televising and 2" cutter head rod cleaning. But there was water filling portion of my sewer line and covering the camera lens both going to the street and under the house. Since I didn't want the sewer to completely back up I opted to spend an additional $200.00. Harold ran three cutting heads down both branches of the sewer line. He took his time and did an excellent job. After cleaning he ran the camera through again which showed a clean sewer. He gave me a warrantee for a year. I'll be placed on a list for next year. I gave him a tip for himself and his helper, Juan. I saw him give the bill to Juan. I told him he had a good boss. I was pleased with the service, his explanations of why I had problems. I rate the overall experience excellent.

There were two guys here – Andy and Juan. They did a great job cleaning out both the sanitary sewer and the storm sewer. They did find some root growth in both and removed it. They think that the storm sewer is draining into the sanitary sewer & suggested I call the village to have that checked.

The drain tiles around the house had been backing up, and getting clogged constantly. In addition, water was pooling in a location next to the house where there wasn't a drain. Harold was prompt with the estimate, though work was being scheduled a couple of weeks out. He explained the work and the the uncertainties - given everything is underground. The initial work was to add a drain in the low spot, connecting to existing drain spouts, and to dig up the second drain to find out what was causing the backup. As all repairs do, it expanded to essentially an entire drain tile replacement. Dave and Mario were excellent, and they performed all the work. They were great about showing and explaining the issues and the fixes, and were competent in describing the solution. They did their best to save me money by looking to implement the most cost effective solution first before going to the more drastic measures needed. Since the fix, there have been no issues with pooling water or with drainage problems.

Did routing of our sewer line with a small diameter routing tool. Told them this is a small tool and why can't use a bigger diameter tool. They started to tell their story to convince my wife and told her if you want us to use a bigger diameter routing tool, you need to buy our service for $350. Very disappointed! My point is, we don't care which tools do you use but all we care is we paid for ONE service that is to do good and complete routing of our sewer line so that all the buildup residue and tree roots would be cleaned up. I will never use them and never recommend them.

Originally I got them for because of a coupon on Angie’s list. They came out and said that the $99 social won’t work because there was too much damage. They told me what the problem was and it ended up costing me $2700. They put in a stun pump. They showed up what they said that would and they gave me a breakdown of the costs. They were not very neat. They had a reliable plumber and he was nice to deal with.
