The Kitchen sink wasn't draining, after doing everything I could do on my own with no improvement, I called Dave. He talked me through the problem and scheduled to come by the next day. he arrived on time, came in, and got right to work. he snaked the drain and had the sink working properly in a matter of minutes. Dave and Curt were very professional and even talked me through how I could prevent the problem in the future. they were great. I would definitely call them again.

It was great! I called and was able to get an appointment very quickly, just for basic maintenance sewer rodding. He showed up on time, rodded out the sewer line, and he was gone. Fast and awesome.

I called and spoke with Christine who understood my concern for the broken line and the smell it was causing in our home. She was very polite and professional and when I asked for someone to come out that day and give me an estimate, she asked to call me back once she knew if anyone was available. She called me back promptly and with good news that someone would be out to our house within 30 minutes. Harold arrived on time and was very polite and showed concern for our issue as if we were his family. I appreciated his professionalism and knowledge of the issue. He wrote me an estimate that was very reasonable compared to the others I had received and he was able to have a crew out the next morning. The crew that arrived was a 3 man crew who was very knowledgeable and even was able to save a large bush that we had thought might need to be removed. They worked quickly and I watched almost every second of their work. I learned a lot and saw how thorough of a job they were doing. In the end, they cleaned up the area and even had the landscaping they had to tear up looking as good as possible considering they had just dug a huge hole next to the house. I could not be happier with how this whole process went and am so glad we hired the right crew as I know this could have easily turned into a nightmare situation.

Mike F. was courteous, calm, professional, factual, and extremely knowledgeable in providing detailed information as to the source of the problem, as well as providing a solution. As we were hoping to have this repaired as soon as possible, Mike was able to get a Village Permit that day and performed the work, along with his crew, the very next day, which was a Saturday! They were prompt and efficient, performed the work, and cleaned up completely. We had done our 'homework' previously and had received several quotes -- some lower and a couple higher. We feel Ex-Stink's quote was fair and based our decision to use them because we felt they were the most competent and trust-worthy. We would not hesitate to contact them again and am happy to report we had an excellent experience. Thank you.

Dave and Curt were fantastic! Extremely professional and provided tips to prevent the clog from 're-appearing. About one hour after purchasing the drain cleaning offer, I received an email asking me to call and schedule the appointment. Heather was very nice and was able to get me scheduled quickly. I will definitely use them again in the future! Wonderful company highly recommend!!

These guys are good! Days earlier I had a masonry contractor who hosed down his work in the basement back entry where the sewer drain was. I didn't know it at the time, but apparently they also washed down a significant amount of cement which hardened inside my sewer! I didn't know what was causing the drain problem, but I hoped it was simple. But simple? No. Dave and Frank from Ex-Stink came and showed me the concrete in the drain (once the water was bailed out). They tried hammering the concrete out with a crow bar and hammer, but that didn't work (it couldn't get around the pipe corners). Ouch! I was staring at a possible $2600 jackhammer-rebuild-the-drain job. But they did have a high pressure water jet. And they said it could very be possible that the water jet could knock the concrete apart. I thought that a little hard to believe that water could break concrete, but I didn't want to pay $2600 for a new drain either. Bottom line: The water jet worked. I am a happy camper.

It went well. There was no problem with our sewer system.

There was a horrible clog in the pipes behind the wall. I tried auguring it myself but couldn't get it. They came in and the clog fought them and a bunch of the gear that hauled in, but they were eventually able to tackle it. They also took a look at some minor issues I had with my two toilets and gave me some good advice on a couple other odds and ends. Super helpful. Did a great job. Will definitely use them again when needed.

They were good. They have good customer service and they know what they are doing. They charged me extra for the flush out which I requested. They were on time.

We don't have an outside access so they had to bring their equipment inside. They were clean, professional and punctual. No issues, would work with them again!

We were pleased with their price and professionalism, and had additional work done to replace part of our collapsed sewer line and a new clean out installed. The gave us options and showed us the with camera the problems.

I moved into a 15 year old house 3 years ago. My 3 daughters and wife like to use "flushable wipes." Having said that, I know they also have used "non-flushable" wipes. I have always heard that no wipes are truly safe. I have always wanted to rod the sewer and have it camera'd to check. What I didn't want is a sewer line blockage and a $10,000 repair bill. When I saw the $95 offer from EX-Stink to do a one pass "rodding" with a camera, I took advantage. Dave and Jerry showed up on time to my house. They were polite, friendly, and very knowledgeable. They wore protective covers on their shoes, had tarps, and cleaned up in excellent fashion. Throughout the process, they explained everything, and even gave me advice on when I might need additional service. Fortunately, my sewer lines were clean, so I had piece of mind. I definitely would recommend them based upon the total performance I received from Dave and Jerry. It was a great deal and now I have piece of mind!

They did a televised inspection of the main sewer line and the basement drains to determine where the smell was originating. They determined the cause and proposed options to remedy the problem. Very knowledgeable and friendly.

Andy called to tell me the ETA for the morning arrival. He and Jerry arrived on time and surveyed the 3 jobs. Jerry went to work on the bathtub project working through a small access panel and was able to get the job done without cutting a hole in the ceiling below even though it was looking like he was going to need to do so. Well Done! Andy took on the shower piping and was able to get everything working and going through the valve. He removed the 2 useless body spray heads and made sure there were no leaks. As expected! Andy then took on the faucet with only hot water. He realized after taking the faucet out and then apart that there were rocks in the second in port of the faucet. He came up with a fine solution to get it unclogged and it is working as it should. An expensive faucet is finally working properly, what a relief! The team was in and out in 4 hours having successfully finished all of our plumbing chores, cleaning up and taking care to ask if I had any questions. Professionals who get the job done.

I bought a deal from Angie's List for Sewer Rodding as my garage drain was not working. They scheduled me for the day after I bought the deal, sent me an email confirming the appointment, arrived on time, cleaned/unclogged the drain and left. The drain is working perfectly. I did not have to pay anything more than the deal price.

Good. Not a cheap price, but they are a real company and seem to be honest/competent.

They showed up on time and were very friendly. They cleared our kitchen sink drain (as requested) fairly quickly and cleaned up before they left. Everything has been operating smoothly and properly since their visit.

I had a problem with my sump's drain line so I purchased this deal. The deal stated some things would be done specifically, including "Comprehensive look at all components of your sump pump and its battery back-up to check for potential damage, Cleaning of sump pump well and testing of the pump, and Flushing and testing of the discharge line". The guys came out on time and were courteous. They did a visual inspection of the pit itself but did not seem familiar with the deal parameters. I ended up explaining I had an issue with the buried drain line in the back yard and their deal included televising of the drain line, so we spend the rest of the time investigating this issue. We did determine where I had roots coming through the line, and they also check some downspout tile lines since the camera was out. Ultimately I solved my problem and they gave me some quotes on fixing the line, but there was no "maintenance" done to my sump setup. Overall I was satisfied, but disappointed a few things were short.
