+ -1 moreThey were a company that worked for Lowe’s. I thought it was overpriced. The quality was great and the people was great. The labor was more than the flooring cost. I probably wouldn't use them again, because of the price.

+ -1 moreThe floor and installation was superb! There was one problem under our dishwasher, and both the store manager and the installer promptly fixed the problem. However, we separately ordered the trim through Lowes.com, and the store lost our order, eventually found it mixed in with someone else's order, and then gave it to us in pieces without the rail necessary to install the trim. We then ordered more trim, and the second order arrived perfectly.

Description of Work: A hardwood floor was installed in a bedroom. The square footage of the job was overestimated, and that wa sultimately confirmed when the flooring was insatlled. First 1/3 of flooring had to be removed after installer noticed he had scratched every board. Transition piece from wood to carpet in the doorway was installed incorrectly. Woodwork at doors was undercut about 1/4 inch too high, leaving a noticeable gap. I had to follow up four times to get the problems resolved.
