Service man was at my place for less than 20 minutes to check safety of the fireplace and chimney. Did not go on the roof and check the upper chimney and as far as I could tell he only vacuumed the firebox. I have renters moving in and I could vacuum the firebox myself. I need to make sure there were no cracks in or creosote collecting that would cause a chimney fire.

They cleaned our chimney as we hadn't had it cleaned in several years. They did a very thorough job. Very friendly and told us exactly what they did. They had a cancellation so they even were able to get here earlier. They also sealed around the chimney on the roof as that was in poor shape. Very clean.
