 + -1 moreRecently we were advised that the junction box in the crawl space where the wiring for the bathroom fan was attached was unsafe. He may have used the existing junction box, but if so he did not tell us that it needed to be replaced and repositioned. In spite of his being responsive, we have to give him a failing grade for not informing us and for perpetuating an unsafe condition.
Description of Work: In 2009 Mr. Ventrella replaced a bathroom exhaust fan and light.
