Very well satisfied.
Description of Work: A (long time) previously capped radiator pipe froze, cracked, and leaked. Thiesse sent a plumber who came promptly, cut the pipe back to a warmer place where it would not freeze again, and capped it. The space was cramped and difficult, his approach was innovative, and he explained what he was doing as he did it. No problem since.

It went fine.
Description of Work: Repaired 2-inch copper pipe leaking at a joint in the ceiling of our basement.. Opened the dry wall ceiling, cut out a 3 inch by 2 inch tee and replaced with copper. Labor was $517.50 for 4.5 hours. Parts were $79.61. They charge $115/hour plus travel time. Their plumbers have been consistently excellent -- the only downside is the very high hourly cost of labor.

As expected. Issues resolved.
Description of Work: We had a couple simple problems (one of which I tried to fix twice). 1. slow flow kitchen sink. 2. ice machine not working. Bill quickly resolved the kitchen sink faucet's slow flow. His experience and advice were both welcome. Bill then looked at the water flow to the refrigerator freezer's ice machine.
