French Doors installed by National Roofing have completely failed in 2 months, not installed properly, water enters my apartment. The window seals have also completely failed. Water came into my apartment in multiple places since May 15, 2020. National Roofing will not respond to emails or phone calls to fix the issues. As a summary; 1. No flashing below my door; 2. Weatherstrip was drilled through to the wood (now warped); 3. Door doesn't shut properly; 4. Window seals let water into the interior of my unit on both the North and South side; 5. Interior damage not yet even addressed; 6. New water damage on the interior drywall inside the French Door.

Initailly the work appeared to be OK. However we had several other people working on remodelling the house who were worried about the flashing and overall quallity. When we had several other roofing contracters examine the work, they declared it did not meet national roofing standards and described the work as a "butchered job". We have asked them to come back and not to cash the remaining check payment until they repaired the work but they cashed the check and have yet to finish the work.
Description of Work: Removal of old roof with replacement of the roof with standard shingles.

THEY WERE TERIFFIC!!!
Description of Work: THEY DID SOME TUCKPOINTING AND ALSO BRICKED UP SOME OLD WINDOWS IN THE BASEMENT.
