 + -1 moreI have had my frustrations with poor follow-up if I ask for anything out of the norm of weekly grass cutting. Know that 95% of the time all I want is my grass cut and they reliably show up at my house and cut my grass once a week. If I need shrub trimming, seed slitting, etc, I know I need to follow-up with the owner multiple times. I am willing to do this because his price is competitive and eventually he comes through. For BASIC lawn maintenance it's a good company.
Description of Work: For me, Bruce Lawn is local and competitively priced and I have used him years for routine weekly lawn cutting.

Description of Work: This company was attentive and responsive when setting up a appointment for an estimate. During the initial visit, the gentleman was kind and thorough in his investigation of my yard and provided sound answers to every question I asked. He took the time to re-explain everything to my husband and quoted a fair estimate for the amount of work required. We look forward to using Bruce Lawn Service in the future.
