Acoustical Vision

Very professional and high quality. I would highly recommend them. They listened to what I wanted to do, and were able to do exactly as I hoped. It was much more complicated than just hanging a TV on the wall (hiding cables, new outlets, running cables to a separate location, installing a special wall bracket,etc.), and the final result looked even better than I thought it could. Very happy. On top of that, when they were there I asked for a 3rd HDMI cable to be installed, but they didn't have an extra with them. They came back a couple of days later and ran the new HDMI cable (through walls/ceilings/etc),free of charge. Really incredible service.

Set up an appointment for an estimate. After waiting 1 1/2 hours after specified time, Paul phoned to reschedule for 2 days later. 2nd appointment, no-show with no phone call. Update: Paul did phone 2 days after missing appointment to reschedule due to a family medical emergency. I will update again. Did get Paul to come out to give us an estimate. He took a lot of time to go over the work we needed done. Ended up going with another company, though.

I called Paul on the phone and was pleased to only spend 10 minutes on the phone and in that time have a quote for services and the work scheduled! He and his guy showed up as planned and were very professional. We discussed the work again and he provided us a revised quote before starting the work. Granted, the revised quote was double the original quote on the phone but there were a few last minute changes that increased the price. He had it all line-itemed out and it was clearly understood. Paul and his guy were also very conscious of not making a mess and cleaning up after the work was done. The TV looks fabulous above the fireplace and the components are hidden and working great! Making this change completely opened up our living room and we love it! I would highly recommend these guys. I did price out this type of work with a few other places and it was a fair price.

Smooth sailing all around. Paul and team even came back to run another cord (after I purchased) after the initial installation.

Acoustical Vision did an excellent job. The owner, Paul Theriault was on-site and answered all of our questions and talked to us about additional options we were interested in installing. They spent the time needed to make sure the job was done to our satisfaction. I really like Paul and feel like he will do whatever is necessary to make sure that his customers are happy and satisfied. We have recommended Acoustical Visions to others in our neighborhood and strongly recommend them for anyone looking for an excellent home theater setup without the worries of being over charged for this kind of work. It was great! Paul and his assistant were clean, efficient and did a great job. The work they did looks good, and they drywalled to cover the (small) holes they had to make to run the power to the TV and through the wall. I marked Acoustical Vision down on punctuality because they were supposed to be at my house at 1 and didn't make it until after 5pm. HOWEVER - Paul called me around noon to let me know that their morning job was running over and ask whether I wanted to reschedule or if they could come later in the day. Very professional.

The installation went perfectly. Paul & his crew did a fantastic job. They were meticulous, efficient, understanding and offered up great suggestions for the best placement of the tv. I'd definitely use them again if I need another tv mounted or have any other home theatre jobs. Would recommend them to anyone looking for home theatre installation.

I called Paul on Tuesday 10/29, we had just moved in to the place and I was antsy to get the HDMI cables running from my TV to my media components hidden behind the wall. Paul answered immediately, he gave me an estimate for the work over the phone based on the job i described, he also mentioned the cost per hour. They were able to work with my schedule and fit me in for first thing Friday morning (11/1) of the week i called. I never expected them to schedule me so quickly, so i was impressed. They arrived first thing Friday morning and were in and out within an hour (more like 45 min), they kept a very clean work-space and cleaned up any dust before they left. I couldn't have asked for anything more, they were quick and very reasonably priced, Paul was also very helpful is providing his insight on my audio set up which was very much appreciated.

They are very respective and they knew what they were talking about. They had a good price and they are very helpful. There were 3 guys who came out to do the work.

All told, a truly amazing experience. From initial contact and phone estimation to full installation was incredibly a matter of hours, due to a lucky cancellation in the schedule. Paul's team was superefficient, and professional, and they went out of their way to ensure that my new setup was exactly the way I wanted it, even when I asked them to do items that were not originally part of what we had spoken about on the phone (universal remote programming, helping to fix rear speakers.) They were willing to use existing cabling to help keep the costs down, and didn't try to "sell" us into anything. They did the job and more. Highly recommended! You won't regret it.

I was very happy with Paul and his team. They worked very hard and did a great job. I had them install my equipment which included my own Da Lite electric projection screen that I hadn't used in years. Everything worked great, but I subsequently felt my older screen was too small for the space. I talked with Paul and he recommended a Dragonfly 120" acoustically transparent projection screen so that the front speakers could be hidden behind the screen. He returned a couple weeks later to install the new screen and adjust the speakers and projector. Everything is working great and we have been enjoying lots of movies! Highly recommend Acoustical Vision!

Great. All the wiring and connections are hidden. The installers worked hard, cleaned up after themselves and were thoroughly professional.

Paul is great and professional. Only problem is that he is so busy. But totally worth it. Plan ahead. He hooked up our sonos system and home Ty's and did a great job.

Paul did a very good job in wiring the home. Speakers are well-hidden and plaster work was very clean. He also did a very good job cleaning up every day. He installed the Total Control system which does a great job of allowing us to control from our iPhones/iPads all of the music/sound/TVs in our home. It can also be used to control our alarm or lights etc.. but we have not chosen to extend the Total Control system that far yet.

Paul did a great job. He arrived on time and we appreciated that he was able to fit us into his busy schedule. The work was completed quickly and professionally and the cost was reasonable. While he was there we had Paul look at some additional work we would like to have done. We look forward to receiving his bid and working with Acoustical Vision in the near future.

It was mediocre. He didn't clean up after himself, he was not the most polite individual. He did a good job, I was just unimpressed. Price was pretty good.

My experience was not outstanding but it was fine. I only used them one time.The service quality was very good.

They were excellent. I like the review that I saw with them and they weren't far away from me, they were local.

This was a fantastic service. They were able to hide all of the wiring and hooked everything up correctly. They were very accommodating. I would give them an A+.

They were very helpful. It wasn't extensive work, but they did a very neat job. And they cleaned up behind themselves. It was my first time using them. I would use them again. He contacted me immediately. They were good and they did the task at hand. I thought it was a little pricey, but I didn't have any comparison. They were here a little late.

Paul showed up early and stayed late. I didn't realize how extensive it is to hang a darn TV above the fireplace... but after watching Paul and his team work at it, I could see all that needs to be done to make it work, be up to code, and look right. Paul was extremely professional and responsive, and his price is hard to beat. We priced out Abt to do the same service and they were twice as expensive! I would definitely recommend Paul to others, in fact we had him install out Tv last year at a different place too. We excited for Paul to come back and work on our audio stuff in a few weeks. A+!!

Paul was very responsive to my request for a bid and submitted such quickly after his visit to our home. We selected him based on his reviews on Angie's List and his reasonable price (middle bid of 3). We scheduled the work and although they got a late start on the selected day, they stayed late until all of the work was completed. There was a problem with the Apple Airplay due to our own security level on our WiFi so that was completed the following week once we had upgraded our security. Everything went smoothly, the only issue was the selected location of one of the TV mounts was not ideal so Paul had to go and get an alternative type of mount that would work better. They patched the drywall in all the wall locations where the wires were run and we easily painted them following their visit. This was a present for my husband's birthday and he is very happy with the result. Thanks to Paul and his team for a great job!

Good. Was very professional and the quality was great.

Paul came and took down our TV when we were moving and even came out after a long day at 9pm so it would be done before our closing. When we then attempted to set up a time to install the TV at the new location Paul cancelled several appointments for a consultation. However, once we got Paul onsite for an estimate and install his price was very reasonable and his work was excellent. All the wires were well hidden, and he had creative ideas to accommodate our sound system and receiver. He went above and beyond to complete the project professionally and timely.
