Description of Work: Our condo assoc has been working w/Stone Heating for a yr on a leak in the radiant heating system. The reason that the project has taken a yr to complete is the lack of cooperation from a unit owner. Terry & Mike from Stone Htg were very patient and professional throughout the ordeal. They were forced to inject a sealant into the system to get the bldg through the winter. They came out this month to permanently fix the leak but the leak could not be located. The sealant appears to be doing its job so well that now the leak cannot be detected. We plan to have Stone Htg come out annually to test the system and re-inject sealant if necessary.

Description of Work: Boiler started making s strange noise. Had to shut it off. They came out the next morning. This company is great.

Instead of trying to replace it for me, he was able to replace a part, save me money, and it is still working today. I have called him on weekends for emergency jobs. He goes out and charges me a fair price. I will continue using his services.
Description of Work: He services for condo buildings that I manage and also has taken care of some of my personal business needs. He last repaired a leaky boiler in one of my buildings.
