Beezy's Pool Service

On September 27, 2017 I called Beezy’s at (618-978-4283) and we set up an appointment for him to come and install my new pool liner on October 10, he said he we be at my house about 10:00 a.m. that day. The night before I text him (at the same phone number) to confirm that he will be at my house tomorrow. No response. The next morning I called the same phone number and left a message, that you are coming to my house this morning and I know you need my address so please call me back. No response. At 10:30 a.m. I text the person who referred him to me and told her he was a ‘NO SHOW”. She contacted him and he told her to have me call another phone number (618-978-2908). Really? So I called that phone number and talked to him. He forgot about our appointment. REALLY! So we rescheduled for that Friday, October 13 at 10:00 a.m. He calls me about 9:30 a.m. that day and says he wants to reschedule our appointment for 1:00 p.m. that day. I told him that was fine. I took my lunch hour to be at my house when he gets there, which I got there about 12:45 p.m. 1:15 rolls around, nothing, 1:30 I text him asking his ETA, he says 3:00. He finally gets to my house at 3:45. So I basically wasted a half a day off of work for nothing (since I get off at 3:00 on Fridays). Thanks! Then he gets there and as he is looking at my pool and what there is to do, he decides he needs another person to do the job as we have a deck half way around our pool (which I told him that on the phone when we first talked about him doing the job). He also stated that he would need another $50.00 if we could not remove the water off of the cover. Which again, I told him the cover was on the pool. We rescheduled once again for October 18. I text him TWICE on October 17 confirming that he will be there on October 18. No response. I once again text my friend that referred him. At 8:40 p.m. he texts me and says he has had the flu and not going to get to it tomorrow. He will plan to do it this weekend. He text me on October 20 and tells me he will be there on Saturday to do my pool liner. No thanks! I’m done. I hired another company to do the job.
