I never received a call back from them. I called them 3-4 times and left voicemails and they never responded. I had high hopes for them but was dissapointed as I never heard from them.

They're pretty good and timely. They took care of something extra that I hadn't told them over the phone that I asked about when they were there. It was a little more money than I was expecting, probably because they had to run in the middle to go get that extra thing that I was talking about. I might have held off on it if I would have known how much the price was before I jumped on it because the time got counted for that also. The service that was done seems to be good. It seemed a little bit expensive but I was glad not to have had to do it myself. The only other negative thing I had about them is they don't accept credit cards or anything; the only way to pay them is by a check through mail.

He was very helpful and patient in answering questions. Eric has done work for family members in the past and has always proven to be reliable and professional. We trust Eric's work and he will now be our go to electrician.
