+ -1 moreAfter the repairman left we waited for about a week for a follow-up call for the replacement part. We heard from no one so we called to find out if the part was ordered. The person that responded to our call did not know but stated he would let the repairman know that we called about the part being ordered. After about another week or two we still had not received a follow-up call from the repairman that the part was on order or any estimated time for the repair. We called and got the same response again - they did not know if the part was ordered. After about six weeks expecting to hear from the repairman we found our old sales receipt and saw it was still under warranty. We call the store and had them repair the dry at no charge. As for Fairview Appliance Service they never called about the replacement part.
Description of Work: The repairman responded to a service call to fix a broken LG dryer. The repairman came out to the house and found the problem to be a broken eleclronic board. He stated he needed to order a replacement part, because they did not have that particular part number in stock. He tried to order the part number from our house but was unable due to their system being down. He returned the dryer back as found.

+ -1 moreOur dryer was not heating or drying the clothes. He came and looked at it and determined it needed a new heating element. He placed an order for the parts. The parts arrived a day earlier than anticipated and he called and came out the same day. Everything is working great now. Service was great and price was very fair.

+ -1 moreHe found that the timer was defective. Also noted that a knocking noise indicated possible problems with the gears. We were give estimates for both repairs. The technician was very thorough and we were happy with the service. We would definitely recommend Fairview Appliance Service to others.

+ -1 moreI like their price. The guy that comes out tells you exactly what he is doing. He knows what he is doing. The one time he came out to check my washing machine and he didn't charge me for it. He just put a re-check on it.
Description of Work: We had some appliances repaired from them that are great and they are still fantastic. I have used them on my refrigerator, freezer and washing machine.
