I am very pleased. I had some artificial turf in my backyard in the area where the slab was going to go. They had to remove that and some existing concrete in order to pour the slab. Although I thought they would just roll the turf back and I'd have to get someone in to reinstall it, they very carefully cut it so it would butt up against the slab. They put in piers all around to anchor it and broomed it and put a smooth edge around it. I had just thought it would be a plain slab, but they prettied it up nicely. After they were all done, they cleaned everything up and replaced the turf all around the edges. It looks great!

Great. The work was done fast and efficiently. I liked that Dale was fully invested in getting the job done right. His crew was there when he said they'd be there and worked to completion of each step. He added what obviously was needed.

Dale Cochran was fantastic to work with! We were getting our house ready to put on the market and needed to replace the three cement steps going up to the house. This company did a professional job. Showed up on time. Had concrete poured and leveled correctly for a beautiful patio. Besides the company owner, there were 3 other employees. All were hard workers and friendly. Dale, the owner, explained all the procedures that were to take place. This company knows what they are doing! Am so-o-o happy with the patio. And, their bid was reasonable -- had a couple of other bids that were out of sight. Highly recommend.

Dale Cochran is a complete professional, very knowledgeable about everything I asked for and was able to offer suggestions and solutions above and beyond what I expected, and at a very affordable price. My neighbor 2 doors down just had his driveway replaced recently, by a different company, and mine looks so much better than his! Dale made the whole process easy and he was easy to reach both before and during the process. He explained exactly why our old sidewalk had sunk over time and what he would do to prevent that from recurring with the new one. The finished sidewalk looks perfect.

Work went well with Cochran Concrete. It was completed in a timely, workman like manner. The concrete contractor shared a concrete material discount with us and a neighbor recommended by us. I firmly believe you have to choose between two alternatives when selecting a contractor - good or cheap. I was happy with the selection of Cochrans Concrete.
