They were very professional gave me a written estimate and signed contract. They did the work as scheduled. Explained everything throughly. All employees were friendly and courteous.

In all fairness, I will state the good before the bad. The contractor did perform the work promptly and cleaned up after himself well. In addition, when one of his crew inadvertently broke a globe on the hall light, he reimbursed us more than fairly for the damage. Even though my parents, who are the homeowners paid for the job I am not happy with the quality of the work. MY idea of PROFESSIONAL drywall repair is a repair that is undetectable. I can see the imperfections in most of the repairs. There was also some misunderstanding about what all was to be done. Our fault too because we failed to get a very explicit contract before hand.
