fantastic - highly recommended!

I am very satisfied with Frantz's work. He was quite willing to cooperate with my preferences concerning design and placement of the shed. When construction was under way, he was predictable in his schedule and conscientious in his work. He is quite experienced in construction and remodeling projects of various sorts. (In fact, my plumber highly recommended him, because they had worked together in the past.) I will definitely call upon Frantz again when I need any services that he can provide, whether inside or outside my house.

Frantz did an excellent job start to finish. He was on time, reliable, and continued to work until the job was completed. The work was high quality.

Greg met us, inspected the existing bathroom and discussed what we wanted done. Importantly, he agreed to allow my husband to do certain things on the project. He was courteous and up front in explaining what he would do and when he would be able to fit us into his schedule. He sent a detailed estimate and again was receptive in changes we requested. Once he was able to begin the project, he kept at it in a timely way and did all tasks in a professional manner. Initially, we were going to deal with the flooring ourselves, but changed our minds. Greg very kindly added that task to his list and installed the ceramic tiles beautifully. The highest recommendation we can give is that we subsequently needed help (to repair some storm damage) and he kindly took on the job. We're hoping to have him back again sometime next year for another project!

worked well with the plumber who was installing a sink at the same time. Arranged work time so the two could work around each other's requirements so there was littel waiting for each to do his job without interferring with each other. Both he and the plumber assisted each other as needed.
