 + 0 moreOverall the work was of good quality, actually much better than the existing original patio. Workers were efficient and professional. There are two reasons Steve Crews did not receive all A's: 1. We contracted the work on April 27, 2011 and it was not started until July 28 the and finished until July 30, 2011. four months of waiting after being told several times he come soon was not good enough. 2. We feel that the steps he poured are not as well done as his other work. Steve can and will do good work just be sure he knows your expectations ahead of time.
Description of Work: Dug and hauled dirt/grass away Formed in the patio and step Added fill, leveled and compacted fill, added expansion material and wire mesh Poured and brush finished patio and step Removed forms, and cleaned up The patio was a rectangular addition to an existing patio on our two year old house. The patio addition was 138 sq ft /4inches thick. The step was 2 steps high and 6 feet long I chose Steve because he had done a good job on other patios and was referred by a friend who used his firm for their patio.
