+ 3 moreMJT Interiors arrived on time. Told us everything he was going to do. No surprises we got a great value. They did a great job. They will be coming back to remodel our bathroom.
Description of Work: New faucet for outside hose. Clean gutters. Attached another gutter to wall. Some other small jobs.

+ 5 moreThe project took about 11 weeks. Mike works mainly by himself, although he has a guy to help with the demo. He was open when we made some changes to the project, and did some extras for which he didn't charge us. Mike was great to work with. The quality of his work is excellent, and I would definitely use him again.
Description of Work: Replaced all baseboard molding, window trim, and door trim with oak colonial casing in four bedrooms and upstairs hallway. Hung eight new oak six panel doors. Replaced sliding closet doors and installed mirrored sliding doors in 3 closets. New drywall and tile in master bath shower, new shelf supports and installed new toilet, medicine cabinet, toiletry niche beside vanity, and new light fixtures; new exhaust fan installed. New wall and floor tile in family bath; installed new exhaust fan, light fixtures and closet.

+ 1 moreMike is a find for anyone looking for remodeling help in the Southwest suburbs. His prices are very fair and his work is careful, consistent, and neat. He's punctual, informative, very nice and very honest (I even left him my house key so I didn't have to stay home). Because he has such a wide range of skills there was no need to hire multiple contractors, as has happened in the past. All in all, a very good experience.
Description of Work: Room remodel - tile work, plumbing, drywall, installation, carpentry and some electrical.
